A relevant aspect and I take this window to make the formal complaint is that I had an account with a package for life, I forgot the password and I have more than 3 months trying to recover it and I have become impossible so I got to create another account with a free package.

It is an excellent tool the only thing I would like is that the version for Android, users could install certain separate applications for each function, as there is no single application for all operations.

The best part is an online app, that I can send some documents that there's no direct conversion between them, such as xpf and pdf, or something like it, and it does such transformation. The trick is that I had to create a free account, because is a free online app. The thing I don't like here is the transparency of what cometdocs app does with my address and information, has a cloud copy or something.

I dislike that, accordingly to the information all I need is download the app and request for service, and a link for download my file will be show to me, but nothing of this procedure happened. I had to create a free account with my email account, verified it, and then I had to downloaded my converted file from the file manager. So it doesn't work as directed.

I've been reading some of the conditions of service and are very radical for being a new company on the management document service, so is worth try the software but I think they may considering the documents of the people belong to the people, so must consider the privacy of the people.

Most of the documents we receive are pdf based, so for major modifications we need the word base document, but not always the companies we work with are willing to give their native documents. So we've been looking for a new way of changing this, until we find out cometdocs. Helping us to change some of our primary documents in our office.

The cost seems high for application. Some of the functions are not user friendly.
