Users can share feedback for daily work, invite colleagues or clients, encourage good performance and even give pointers for improvement. Attendees of various meetings can instantly provide their reactions to the presenter. The software hunts for feedback across all digital platforms used at the workplace, such as email, chats or comments. It then organizes and studies the feedback to provide insights for improvements. The Clink engine can help individuals understand their values, core skills, skills that need enhancement, projects that need attention, and also how they can apply themselves effectively. Individual members can update their strengths and skills on their profile page, which can be viewed by other members as well. The app also allows the user to earn points for providing feedback.
