In our organization, it is used for knowledge management and sharing; with a friendly user interface and robust set of features, it has helped us quickly and effectively streamline our information-sharing processes. Something I love about this platform is the ability it has to integrate with other tools and systems such as Google Drive and Salesforce, something that has been well seen by the entire team, as it facilitates access to all information within the same place, instead of having to switch between multiple tools, saves time and simplifies everything. Another thing I would highlight about Bloomfire's intuitive search functionality; its advanced search algorithms allow us to find the information we need quickly, even if we don't know exactly where it is stored.
One possible drawback, and perhaps the only drawback Bloomfire has, is its cost; although it offers an array of features, its cost can be on the higher side compared to other options on the market. However, I think all the platform's benefits more than justify its price; it provides excellent value for the money invested.
Our experience using Bloomfire has been excellent and has brought with it many benefits; it has a wide variety of tools that have helped us optimize information exchange processes; the way it allows us to group and store all vital information in one place and facilitate access to it has helped us save an enormous amount of time; it has excellent advanced search engines to find the information we need as quickly as possible, streamlining the work and minimizing the frustration that is often an obstacle to collaborate effectively among colleagues; finally, it offers customization options that have allowed us to create categories and custom tags that has been helping to organize all the content and adapt the platform to our specific needs.
Prior to Bloomfire, we were storing documents in three or four different places. as a sales prospective all information is one place and very easy to use

Bloomfire has created amazing capabilities to offer visibility to so much within an organization. From SOPs, to training, to addendums, PPTs, and so much more. We could not be more thrilled with the level of service and expertise offered from their incredible service team. Easy to navigate, simple to add and delete users; fabulous experience overall!

We actually took the platform with us when my original company was bought by a larger one. That larger one had no KB solution in place and so was happy to have access to Bloomfire. It scaled beautifully from about 40 users to over 400.
The search function doesn't always return the results I know are in there, even when I've tried deliberately to ensure I'm using what I think should be the most relevant search terms. I feel like this has gotten better over the years, though, and is optimizing toward my expectations.
Getting siloed answers out of chats/Teams/Slack/whatever and into a repository where they can be tagged, accessed, and made useful to others in the org is a huge lift that Bloomfire accomplishes for us.
It also helps 'walk our talk' when positioning ourselves as a thought leadership organization to have centralized, easily found, and internally juried collateral available to use externally.
I have been working with Bloomfire for 6 month now. I like that I am able to find most of the manuals for the units therefor making it easier for me to ID parts. It is easy to navigate!

It is an easy to use forum to post questions and past resolutions to many different issues.
The fact that punctuation will mess with the search results. IE: Searching by part# 101432 will not find a question posted if the sentence ended with "101432?"
Bloomfire solves many issues by serving as a forum to post compatibility questions for parts.
The Bloomfire is a great source of information and keeps up with any changes that are happening with Orvis policies. It is also a good way of keeping up with the catalogs the customer is shopping from to follow along with the customer. Including having videos on file to go back to as a refresher. All around a great source for Orvis to better help the customer. Thank you

I can go directly to the catalog if the customer is unsure of the correct item # they are shopping for. This does make it easier to assist the customer faster.
I like that Bloomfire can be adjusted to the way you search for information just by typing keywords that have been set up. All the reference information can be categorized, too, in groups for faster searches. Hyperlinks can be added for external searches. Bloomfire really is your friend!
You can bookmark pages you use a lot, but you cannot set them to view your most visited pages up top, nor can you set up pages that can subcategorize your bookmarks under certain groups.
Bloomfire makes SOP's easier to access and filter for information needed right away.
I am able to look up policy terms and conditions easier based on properties. The hyper links within each page make it easier to locate the exact information you're looking for when you forget where to find the information.
I love how quick and easy it is to set up searchable resources for employees to find information quickly. No more searching for that document you saw 6 months ago - with Bloomfire's great search tool, you can find that document in seconds.
I wish I could flag a document to be edited and have it sent to a single person. Currently, the platform sends a flagged contribution to all admins and moderators.
I do know they are working to upgrade the format information is entered, looking forward to more options with text and content.

We have been using Bloomfire for about 3 years. Originally, we thought 50 seats would be more than enough. However, demand for this platform quickly moved us up to several hundrend seats. This tool has given our insights team super easy way of ensuring our stakeholders have access to not only their reports, but other related work. The share feature in Teams has been especialy useful, allowing us direct people to research we have already completed inthe moment of the meeting. Also, the search engine allows users to easily pull up relevant information.
Dislikes... I'm racking my mind and can't think of anything we don't like about this platform.
Bloomfire signifiantly reduces the number of questions the insights team gets and helps focus the questions that do come to us.
