The best option to manage your leads
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?
Its compatible with other platforms, my company uses it with respond.io and the comunication between both apps its excellent, they update so quickly
What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?
If you dont use the specific commands for a lead the system tends to crash, for example if you change the sub status of a lead in another platform and its not compatible with zoho, the system crash out

It helps our company to see if the leads are qualified or not, also to be sure that they get a response on time

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?
It has the best customization feature. User can customize the fields as per the business needs. In my day to day responsibilities i work with customization of modules.
What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?
some times there are technical glitches with this there are some times user don't have the access to their work like campaigns but these technical glitches are very occasional.

Zoho CRM is good at "centralizing of data management". It helps me to centralize my target audience data so this helps me send the campaigns to right audience at right time.

Zoho CRM Plus is an ideal solution for small businesses
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?
My favorite feature of Zoho CRM Plus is that it combines all of the most critical elements of a CRM and marketing automation platform while adding in customer service and detailed reporting.
What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?
The only thing I really dislike is the store checkout process. It would be easier if billing payments for the different Zoho solutions were handled in a more integrated fashion.

Zoho CRM Plus provides us complete end to end, 360 view of our sales process and we've been able to shorten the sales cycle and close more deals quicker.

Strong Feature Set
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?
Zoho CRM has many capabilities. The ability to customize module fields and layouts is huge. Being able to easily add leads or contacts from my Outlook to Zoho CRM is a big win. I use Zoho daily.
What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?
You can get lost in the many capabilities if you don't invest time to learn how they work. Also, the custom reporting module is clunky and tough to use.
What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho CRM was stickly a contact manager, but am now using it to track deals - the program does a great job with this and the KanBan view is a nice touch.
