There are multiple things that I like about using Zimyo. They are the best in the segment. The company helped us minimize the manual work while automating our entire task. Earlier, we were managing the leave, attempting everything manually on paper, but once we were onboarded, the entire process was streamlined.
1. With a customizable front dashboard, I can choose and remove elements like attendance, announcements, and surveys.
2. It is easy for an employee to check attendance, ongoing activity, birthdays, anniversaries, and a lot of other features.
3. Trip tracking is the best feature they provide, which is linked to expense management, where HR doesn't need to cross-verify the trip with the report because employee history on Google Maps of traveling was there with HR.
4. They have the best analytics in HR software, where on each step you will find a lot of graphs and charts.
5. Offering mobile and easy-to-use apps
6. It is used daily for applying and doing day-to-day tasks.
7. Integrated with Google Meet and Team
As of now i don't foud anything which i don't like about the software everything is perfect.

Everyday logs update login, logout, if we forgot to do, we can out regularisation, full transparency over the organization, can view organization chart, onboarding, resignation leave.
Zimyo should also have the option to view your progress where we can ask directly that that yes i have reach at least threshold can i get raised or promoted to senior roles, r something like that
It solves the manual management of all employee records of time table leave email and all small processes which takes long time to do
