Customer database and job site address auto populate
Some repetitive entries that should auto populate when you start typing
It makes time behind the computer a lot quicker
The most impressive help has been the elimination of meaningless manual data entry positions. We now use the valuable time to analyze data and make the most valuable decisions.
Internet based and cloud based hosting has it's issues anywhere you go. When the internet or power or Redlist's cloud hosting goes down, we suffer with productivity. But that is hard to blame on them.
We automated our billing, billing approvals, time cards, pre-post trip inspections, company forms, maintenance record keeping, and maintenance calendars. Those used to be about one person per task listed, so that is a lot of man power that we have been able to turn towards much more effective uses of their time.
This has been a wonderful software to mange our crane scheduling needs
The software is slowing loading information from time to time.
Great product for those with a large or small fleet that need help managing the day to day operations of their equipment.
We have been able to bill our customers much quicker by utilizing Redlist.
I like the flexibility of the ReList team to make changes and the overall functionality of the system.
The most frustrating issue is how long it takes to make changes. The time it takes to go between screens and the way screens look on the app are poor.
We are tracking many more things with the help of Redlist, employee suggestions tracking is a new problem we are solving. Work assignments will be next.
The most helpful tool with Redlist is the ability to change the forms yourself. It makes it quick and easy to make any minor changes.
The downside of Redlist is sometimes changes are made overnight and your forms will get messed up.
We are working on solving our management of change problem with Redlist.
I liked how you felt they were a part of your team. It was more than a client/vendor relationship.
Sometimes they would allow us to go out of scope trying to be accommodating when I feel it would have been a cleaner product if that was a little more structured and the expectatons were more defined.
Data collection was a huge issue. We were able to track jobs and daily tasks much better. We were also able to create reports that were meaningful for decision making.
I love that we can add documents to the job so that my team has access to everything they need
I wish that i could delete jobs all the way. I also wish there was a better way to do a timeline for our cranes (month to month)
Make sure you have a list of everything you want to be mass uploaded to the program I.E. Equipment
