XpertRules ability to present data in an way quite valuable. It helps me understand how rules impact systems.
I did notice that their licensing fee is higher compared to other products available in the market.

There is not much to dislike about XpertRule they are one of a kind in their level.

I was really surprised how easy it is to set up and use.
When you have greater automation, you lose some insight because you are not involved in all customer interactions. However, we do not find this a big issue because we can see the customer interactions with the Digital Assistant.
The Digital Assistant is removing significant operational bottlenecks that impact the customer experience and sales & revenue growth. I wish we had implemented it earlier.

As mentioned above, it is making it easier to maintain some of our RPA processes. Saves time and money.
Xpert rule seamlessly integrates with all aspects of our day to day operations. It also returns valuable hours back to out ops team to free them up for more creative thinking!
The only downside I can think of at the moment is that there is some functionality within the Xpert Rule product that I do not think our size of company will utilise in the near future.

I have to complaints about XpertRule as of now but i look forward to was to further increae productivity.
