We have created lot of workflows with this product. For each workflow, we might do revise and release a new version. All opening workflow requests will still follow the old version of business rules. Sometimes, we have to ask users to close previous request and open a new one.

Nice product, user interface friendly. Most important thing, quick development and deploy.
