I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about the platform

Most of our employees are remote and work all across the country. Without WorkBright, there'd be no easy or affordable way to verify I-9 documents without a notary or flying out to that person's location. Neither of these are great options. It'd be so expensive and difficult to manage everything by hand or in spreadsheets. The platform makes it so seamless and easy to get done what we need to make a great onboarding experience while staying compliant.

Adding staff and the process to complete is fast and mobile friendly. Like that I am able to process Everify directly within one system now. I like that it now also provides us with notifications on when documents will expire and that we are able to reverify within WorkBright as well.

I do wish their is a fast or easier way to accept and download files.

Wish it allowed me to filter staff based on those that I am onboarding instead of everyones from my team.

Intergration of Everify. It would process within once we link account. Now we are able to see confirmation page directly from the system without having to log out or into Everify system.

WorkBright is a great system that lets me customize what I need from new employees. It has great improved our onboarding process.

Approving forms recently got less efficient with a new update.

Work bright saves so much time on onboarding.

So easy to use, our organization loved the platform and they made I-9 reverification a breeze. Additionally, our onboarding process is so smooth and made easy by Workbright

We have run into a few edge cases that we needed help from support with. However, the team did a great job diagnosing our issues and finding a way to make the platform work.

In person I-9 verification was a daunting task and Workbright did a great job finding a solution for us. The platform was easy to implement and we reverified all of our employees on the platform. Additionally, all of our new hires use Workbright for I-9s as well.

We have three work sites with multiple approvers. At a given time, we have 300 active employees. WorkBright allows us to manage all of the payroll paperwork we need for our employees. The reminders also help us stay within Labor department guidelines.

We also have had good experiences with the customer service staff.

Most of the downsides we have have been internally within our organization. We do occasionally have duplicates because people change emails, that creates an issue.

We don't have Paperwork everywhere, getting forms in a timely manner, keeping our staff up-to-date and following Labor regulations.

The ease in which the workers can complete required CEU's for their Job. The ease for On Boarding New workers. The ease of grading/checking work and returning if necessary. The ease in which I can resend things that are due annually.

The thing i dislike is tht I can not put in my own forms without having to reachout/send to them, so that they can put them in, which there is a charge for doing so.

Making it easier for me to have all paperwork in one place, Makes it easier for workers to sigh digitally as well a I instead of doing it all by hand. With everything there is to sign /date/complete, and being over 55 pages, is much easier in WorkBright.

It makes onboarding simple. Great to have everything in one place.

It can seem overwhelming for employees due to the number of forms.

Downloading reports take a little longer than expected.

Onboarding and having all required forms upfront.

It is user-friendly. Both mobile users and computers can easily access it.

It took time to get used to using it. I wish to have more trainings.

It is a great place to file all the documents and minimize the usage of paper documents.

WorkBright is user & mobile friendly so that employees can complete OB quickly. My team has been able to review and move forward with onboarding a lot quicker with fewer errors.

The only downside is submitting a form to add new groups or update a current form. A faster turnaround time with a fee would be fantastic.

They are adding additional services that will allow us to be in compliance. Ex, everify integration.
