Its digital onboarding services can help employers carry out the whole process of filling out forms by checking documents online. The optimized interface of the tool allows candidates to fill up forms easily and even sign the documents digitally both on their smartphones. There are also inbuilt guides to help candidates fill out tricky forms like I-9, which can then be countersigned by administrators. Brands can use WorkBright ATS to send custom career forms to various candidates. Although different from each other, all the forms look identical to the company’s website so that the interested candidates can apply directly from the brand’s website. For conducting mass recruitment drives, institutions can publish job opening notices/ads on the WorkBright ATS and can choose from a wide range of job boards for posting the ads.
