Working in a fully-remote organization, the virtual card is an absolute must.

The few times that I had trouble with the card, the customer help was super responsive minimizing the disruption.

There were a couple of times when the virtual card was rejected for unknown reasons despite there being available balance and having history of charges from the same vendor. but help desk took care of it rather quickly.
