What do you like best about Vocus.io?

Very easy to set up, intuitive design, lots of useful features in a light package.

What do you dislike about Vocus.io?

Could probably use more integrations and attachment tracking.

If you're looking for a super-lightweight email follow-up/campaign tool, there's no better option.

Email follow-ups have become a breeze, reminders keep you focused, prospecting tool is a great bonus.

What do you like best about Vocus.io?

I love that it gives me SO much more power over my gmail and email activities!

What do you dislike about Vocus.io?

Sometimes it freezes my chrome but most of the time it's fine

Vocus Review!

What do you like best about Vocus.io?

Vocus is a great place to track email activity. I also use it to access team templates when writing emails! It's a great place to house all things Lessonly Client Experience info. Plus, love the email tracking features.

What do you dislike about Vocus.io?

No major dislikes! This handles everything I want it to handle.

What problems is Vocus.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Need a place to store email templates and track clicks and views.

Delivers on its promise

What do you like best about Vocus.io?

No bells and whistles; does exactly what it advertises. Great customer support too, whenever I encounter a bug, the team keeps going back and forth with me until we've found a solution.

What do you dislike about Vocus.io?

I don't like that it is not always accurate as to which party is opening the email (this is problematic when there are 5 different parties cc-d and you can't really tell who opened it). That being said, because most emails are just me and one other recipient, it hasn't affected me much.

What problems is Vocus.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead conversion. I look to when prospects are checking proposals and follow up with them accordingly. It has greatly helped in increasing conversions because I have a better understanding of whether they are considering it (opening email multiple times), received it but haven't opened it, etc.

Unlike other sales e-mail platforms, integration with Gmail is very well designed !

What do you like best about Vocus.io?

We moved from Yesware to Vocus.io. (firstly, for a monthly plan instead of annual payment)

What do you dislike about Vocus.io?

Vocus.io is cheaper and really excellent for most of the features (snippets, mail merge, follow up, open/clic tracking...).

Recommendations to others considering Vocus.io?

Snippet forward slash only works with US-English keyboards (for the snippet shortcut). Other than this, there really aren't any downsides.

Really nice for mail merge, follow up, open/clic tracking...

Easy to send out mass pitches

What do you like best about Vocus.io?

It's so easy to import a spreadsheet of contacts and send out email pitches for my PR agency clients. And Vocus has ways to tailor each email to address the contact by name, which makes it more personal but doesn't take me a lot of time.

What do you dislike about Vocus.io?

I wish it were easier to copy and paste my email into the box without it removing formatting. I always have to redo the links.

Recommendations to others considering Vocus.io?

If you're looking for an easy and affordable way to reach a lot of people without putting in too much effort, Vocus is great. You can even send test emails to make sure everything works properly.

What problems is Vocus.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can send out pitches so much faster than sending individual emails.

Bugs. Lack of features comparing with other tools. Analytics are not good compared with others. The dashboard to manage snippets, follow-ups, and other features is not user-friendly.

Recommendations to others considering Vocus.io?

If you are looking for Stats from the sent emails this is not the best option, but if you're just looking for a tool to help you with follow-ups it is good enough.

Tracking sent emails and openings, getting stats, sending personalized emails with follow-ups, send campaigns, etc

Simple yet powerful autopilot for email

What do you like best about Vocus.io?

Vocus provides an excellent way of sending automatic follow up emails and email cadences, so you don't have to manually snooze and write them. They also provide handy snippets to include in emails and use the contact's name or company.

What do you dislike about Vocus.io?

I have had Vocus crash or hang a few times and the browser extension sometimes seems to crash Gmail or not work at all. I hope that the team puts some effort into adding performance and stability improvements.

Vocus is definitely a choice to consider if you're looking for a solid email tracking and follow-up management tool.

What problems is Vocus.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vocus allows me to set up automatic email follow-ups and make sure I don't forget to send an email. It also has handy email tracking features. Overall, it is a great assistant when using email.
