A no code, user friendly software system with endless possibilities that can improve the efficiency of many processes.

Because the possibilities are endless, translating the processes into the system takes a lot of time. But this is also a good sign. Careful thought is being put in to better the process.

Many of the current processes are outdated and often overlap. Vobesoft provides overview and uniformity, but also allows the option to implement personal preferences in the dashboard.

With VobeSoft you can manage a very large variation of (legal) work processes. The possibilities to do so are very wide and can be adapt to everyone's preferences.

Inefficient work processes. By organizing these processes more efficiently, the quality of the work improves enormously. It provides more overview and fewer errors.

My experience with the program has been fantastic. It's super easy to adjust everything to how I want it. I would recommend it to everyone.

Vobesoft solves the problem for me because I now have an overview of what still needs to be done and how far I am with everything.

The completely dynamic structure of the database. The flexibility of being an administrator and being able to configure just about anything. generating 360 degree overviews over any business object like customers, ticketing, orders, processes or whatsoever.

We configured: Customer 360 overviews, ERP, order management, workflow, portal, CRM, Sales Reports and HRM within VobeSoft

After the first implementation we also added KYC and CDD processes and contract management.

Because the possibilities are almost endless, you have to stay focused in the beginning so you have a clear scope of your first implementation. I know for sure you will be enthusiastic but just keep in mind: just go live in small steps so you keep the overview.
