The aspect of the software I like best is the Dealer Dashboard which displays the internet sales funnel for the past 30 days, internet response times for the past 2 weeks, and KPIs.
The one thing I dislike about Connect by VinSolutions is the campaign template creator and manager. It seems somewhat outdated for what I want to communicate to customers.
Overall, VinSolutions Connect is an effective CRM tool for our company. We utilize it in several ways and despite the slight challenges I face with it, it is in fact beneficial in communicating internally and externally.
It is a simple resource to use to send out email blasts to specified groups of people, including sold customers or leads, and time frames in which those customers were in contact.
