Userback greatly facilitates our work and the flow of comments in the team and on the team-client line.
There is nothing like this there. At the moment, I do not see any disadvantages in this tool.
The tool is constantly evolving and the creator is open to all suggestions. I recommend it and use it every day.
Userback helps us communicate in the team and with the client to add comments to the project. Thanks to this tool, we save a lot of time.
- Simplified Feedback Collection: Ever since I started using Userback, collecting feedback from my clients regarding website edits has become a breeze. It's so much easier and efficient now.
- 2 Way Trello Integration: This feature has been a game-changer for me. The seamless 2-way integration with Trello streamlines my workflow, making it so much more organized and effective.
- Client-Friendly Interface: I've received several comments from my clients on how intuitive and easy-to-use they find the Userback interface. It's always a win when both the service provider and the clients are happy with a tool!
Pricing Concerns: There's no denying the immense value that Userback brings to the table. However, I did have a moment's pause considering the pricing. Although it offers a competitive rate compared to some of its rivals, I can see how it might be a little daunting for smaller businesses or freelancers to pay for the plan that has integration. We wish there was an intermediate plan that considered small shops that still need the integration with Zapier or Trello.
The number on issue we had has a web agency is to collect edits after the initial work has been done. Screenshots pasted into google docs...NO MORE! Since we implemented Userback we never had that issue again.
Userback's features provide a ton of value to our business. It makes collecting feedback super simple. In addition, because we are a SaaS we can implement multiple instances for each of our customers.
There is nothing that I dislike about Userback.
The typical user who provides feedback or submits bugs often leaves out extremely important details that delays the process to resolving the issue. Without these key details support teams are forced to go back and ask questions and likely the person will not reply or does not know how to answer them.
Userback collects screenshots, console errors, and urls which allow our team to pinpoint exactly where the issues are.
Userback is easy to use, good ui and simple to navigate. UX and functionality is good too.
Until now, I haven't found a dislike thing about Userback.
It helps to track and managing the bugs and issues in a single place is always good to manage
user friendly: very easy, not necessary to have login for users and easy to implement
the price: the plans are quite expensive
easy to access: directly from the software
It is easy to use and quick respond to tickets. Easy to integrate.
All fine. There is nothing for disliking.
It solved for me to track user activity and resolve that.
Easy to use and efficient. I did not need a training to be able to use it quickly.
For my liking, I did not notice anything majour that I disliked.
Easy to track all the changes and who needs to take action. Very clear.
The Userback experience has been very reliable for our clients. It has been a game-changer for our QA process and Project Management, from the customizable, easy-to-use onsite widgets to the access to live collaboration with our clients. It has streamlined the need to juggle feedback from multiple sources to just one.
1. I was surprised to find out that client accounts count toward your total users. This limits the number of clients we can give access to projects and provide feedback.
2. Slack is limited to one channel integration per project
3. Linear integration is missing full status sync and priority sync.
Userback provides our clients with one place to provide feedback or new requests. This streamlined process helps us better serve our clients faster and more efficiently with more detailed bugs or feedback requests which cuts off a lot of back and forth with clients for more information.

I really like the ease of use with this tool. It can be installed on nearly any web project withing minutes and enables screenshot notation and user feedback for your project. You can customize the feedback call-to-action with hardly any effort on a project basis. Recently, they added video capture to the list of capabilities, and I am very much looking forward to deploying that new feature i upcoming projects.
I would like to see categories like (open) as a glancable badge in the projects overview.
Userback is easy to combine with WordPress using the plugin. If you add the snippet manually you can even get feedback on the backend of WordPress (like ACF forms etc.)
I use it to get feedback in ongoing HTML5 web apps and pages. Furthermore, I use it for time constrained projects to reduce emails with long description. The annotated screenshots are pretty much to the point.
