UpKeep has been great for our company. We can quickly and easily set up maintenance work orders and report on work done, as needed.

This app was just what we were looking for to eliminate unnecessary paperwork.

Asset management apps typically don't look good and are not user intuitive. I would highly recommend you check this application out.

"UpKeep is INCREDIBLE"

What do you like best about UpKeep?

I love that the staff answers all my questions and they are very prompt to answer an questions that I have. Ryan has been amazing in creating UpKeep. I recommend them to many of my collegues. UpKeep is very easy to use, that is one of many things I love about them! Keep up the GREAT work!

What do you dislike about UpKeep?

I can honestly say I don't dislike anything! That's good, right?! Very good to work with. I am constantly working in UpKeep and it's a dream.

Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:

UpKeep is the best way to keep track of our work orders! We have so many properties, and it works seamlessly. GREAT JOB UPKEEP!!

"Intuitive, effective, and just a great product"

What do you like best about UpKeep?

Functionality and ease of use are very important and Upkeep gets the job done. Since moving to Professional I have been able to better keep my records of dollars spent on each job and helping me better track my budget

What do you dislike about UpKeep?

I do not dislike any portion of the product.

Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:

Just get it, works great, support is great and it is intuitive and adaptable.

What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?

organization and focus, not missing as many items of importance. Keeps staff on top of reporting problems, they no longer have and excuss to not relay something to me

It's easy to use. View the tickets, assign the tickets

I can't add several photos at the same time. I have to add one by one.

I can't add videos

When I make a comment, a notification does not reach the other users through the app

We have several problems in the stores every day. This app help us to keep following solutions and schechule the task

i wouild like to set a default time i.e. my work day ends at 3pm for crew and almost always want a 3pm deadline

Allows the organization to receive, assign and track progress, time and cost of maintenence tickets

There are some gliches in the system that need to be fixed that would make the user experience better

Solved the issues of asset tracking, cost and time tracking and shortened the kill chain of a maintenance issue

What do you like best about UpKeep?

The interface is easy to use and it works on multiple platforms PC, Mac, smartphone. Easy to reorganize assets and parent assets.

What do you dislike about UpKeep?

No defined or signficant price breaks for groups of paid user licenses - adding users are at a fixed price per year, but any discounts for larger groups of paid users requires working with their sales team - it would be easier if group discounts were built into the self-activation options.

What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?

Central storage of maintenance records and new asset documentation. Scheduled preventive maintenance reminders for material handling equipment.
