Hands down the people and customer service! Any time that we have had a question or something we have needed additional assistance with, we have a REAL PERSON who reaches out and always finds a solution. Even if they don't know the answer right then and there, they will actually get back to us!
Additionally, the platform is pretty simple and easy to learn and figure out. We definitely don't use all the feature that Top Builder offers, but for those that we do it is fairly quick to figure out. I personally first started working with TB when I was an intern and then have continued on as I have moved up through my job. TB remains easily teachable making my job easier as I have to pass on my knowledge to others.
I think the most difficult things is probably honestly mostly my fault. It is not having the time to full understand all the capabilities of TB, therefore not being able to use it to its real potential which I believe would greatly help our business.
Also though, we use TB to send out our regular newsletters to clients. I believe as we have used TB more, settings have been easier to edit and get the look that we are going for, however when we first started trying to get the exact visual look that we wanted was difficult. For example, we are an Interior Design firm, looks and visuals are what we are known for. If we are not able to keep up with designs (like Canva for example) we are already behind the ball. Your team was great in working with us to get the most out of it as we could, but it would have been nicely to easily move and change the layout as we went.
If you need a team that is going to go above and beyond to make sure that you have what you need to be successful, look no further! They will do absolutely everything that can to help you out. OUTSTANDING customer support! The platform its self is probably generally above average. But if you take the time to actually learn everything that they have to offer, and take them up on their offer to help you out and explain how to use it all, I don't think you will be disappointed.
I think the biggest thing TB does for us is really being able to keep track of all of our clients/prospects and in what stages they are in. As well as the automated email system that keeps us connected without having to think of the hundreds of past clients we have had and will have.
Top Builder is a quality CRM but lacks in support
Top Builder was very rude and unhelpful in transferring out data when we told them that we were changing CRM programs
