Tonkean UI is designed quite well, and super easy to understand and navigate for non-coders like myself. My Tonkean reps (Benny & Stu) are amazing and respond quickly to issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

The potential for human-in-the-loop stuff is exciting, from slack commands and forms to approval buttons there's a ton of ways to integrate these into modules to make life so much easier.

I have been working with this fantastic tool called Tonkean for more than a year, and trust me, this is a next-generation tool in the market. The journey started with them (Tonkean) calling themselves an orchestration tool, but it's more than that. It helped me and my team deliver solutions with no-code or most minor code implementations. Most of the automation part is taken care of by Tonkean. Tool's ability to connect with multiple DBs (including MySQL, Firebase, etc.), numerous ticketing tools(SNOW, JIRA, etc.), various inbuilt features which allow you to provide available UI, Upload Forms through the tools puts it among the top tools of this generation.

The second best part is the support team which is entirely available to resolve our issues and take up new enhancements aggressively and get those developed asap for us. Overall, it has been a great experience so far, and looking forward for more innovations to come with it.

Nothing as such till date. There were a few issues while we started communicating with the Tonkean team but slowly, slowly, things settled so smoothly that we never complained; instead, we always came up with new enhancements and hopes of getting things done earlier than before.

Please try and test the tool.

Mostly Tonkean has automated the use cases with a no-code solution. We required a few microservices but significantly smaller ones and Tonkean mostly did the entire work by itself.

I like how robust and customizable the tool is. Compared to Zapier it is more customizable without sacrificing usability

That extra robustness comes at a higher learning curve. The support team is hyper responsive to bridge that gap.

If you're reliant on Zapier or some other middleware like that - try Tonkean

We are connecting data sources that are populated through external means in a way that the receiving tool - Zendesk - cannot accept. This has increased our performance by a lot.

It makes the joining of multiple API connections seamless. There are so many workflow customizations I've benefited from that wouldn't be possible without Tonkean.

The user interface was easy to get a hang of and even nontechnical people would be able to understand what was happening at a glance, so they would be able to upkeep what I made just by looking at previous workflows. I was able to convinently take in information from various sources and programs and disseminate to stakeholders as needed to reduce internal project noise.

I worked with a nonprofit that had to automate their project lifecycle with many different stakeholders, programs, donors, sponsors, volunteers, program leads, project leads, points of contact and Tonkean was able to handle all the moving parts with a simple GUI.

Tonkean's end-to-end process management is top-notch. I can track the progress of my workflows and identify areas for improvement with ease. Additionally, the reporting features in Tonkean are robust and insightful. I can track the performance of my workflows and make informed decisions about how to improve them.

Some users may find the learning curve of Tonkean a bit steep, particularly if they are unfamiliar with workflow automation. Navigating the platform's numerous features and understanding their usage can pose a challenge.

I love how easy it is to use Tonkean's visual workflow builder. I can create and automate my workflows in minutes. The builder is intuitive and easy to understand, and there are plenty of templates to help me get started.

Although I'm not a tech person, I was able to create complex workflows in Tonkean in just a few minutes. I used to spend my valuable time doing a variety of manual work, but now Tonkean does all of them for me.

Customer support is not always the best. Also, it is not as customizable as I would like. I would like to be able to change the look and feel of the platform to better fit my needs.

Tonkean helps me to automate our workflows, which saves us time and money. Additionally, thanks to its built-in validations, our workflows are now more accurate and consistent. We used to have a lot of errors in our manual processes, but now those errors are gone :)
