How easy it is to switch between times and I think the new layout is very user friendly. The APP is also great!
I wish if I started a timer while one was already running it would pause the old one. I wish there was a way to track mileage along with your time so it can all be in one place.

I have been using various billing programs for 30+ years. Time Tracker by eBility is the easiest program I have ever used. First, it is a cloud-based program so it goes with you wherever you are; second, you can download the app onto your phone; and third is very user-friendly.
There is not one single thing that I dislike about this program.
With all of the options available with this program, there is absolutely no excuse whatsoever not to be able to keep your time. The program is so unbelievably easy to learn and use, I just wish that I had known about this earlier. Have I mentioned that the program is very cost effective?
It's simple to use; it's a simple fill-in-the-blank and straight to the point. This app is not confusing in any way, shape, or form and is one of the most effortless time tracking apps I've ever used for work.

Its a new app, with little hoops to jump through, I firmly believe that this is a very quick and easy application to learn.
As well as using my calendar, it really shows an excellent breakdown of how your week looks like and where you can, and cant prioritize your time.

Easy to add billable time from either Outlook Mac/Windows or even through the small desktop apps. Also love the hands-off sync to Quickbooks Online.
The ability to bill within the email send box (instead of having to do the extra step of going to the sent folder to bill tracked time). We are using an older Mac desktop app and would love to see this updated. Also would love to see the ability for the Outlook Time Tracker to capture from any folder (currently only inbox and sent folders).
We needed a way to be able to record billable time while not having to leave Outlook as well as the ability to record time without having to open the Quickbooks
Ease of use. I choose to make appointments in Outlook, then adjust the time when it becomes firm. Then a few clicks in Outlook sends it to eBillity for review. Approve the billings and sync to QuickBooks. Time Tracker saves me hours over my previous method. And if you're interested, there are ample ways in which to analyze the data.
I have only had a couple of issues, which were resolved quickly by the tech or programmers.

I was manually copying and pasting each Outlook appointment into QuickBooks. It took hours of my receptionist's time. Now I do it myself, sending it to Time Tracker.
I like that I can have multiple timers as I can sometimes have to switch to different tasks throughout the day. I love the ability to pause and then continue or to come back and be done and that we can run our billing based on the timesheets as well
It took a little while for me to remember that a timer was still open if I accidentally closed the website and how to access that timer again.
I keep better track of my time and what I worked on throughout the day than I did when I used a pen and paper planner to keep track, which makes me more billable.

I like that Time tracker has an easy to navigate and access a drop down weekly time sheet. It's pretty self expanitory.
When I needed to add mileage for billing, it took me a while to find it. I finally realized that I had to create an expense first to then see the drop down options.
Time Tracker by eBillity is a tool that is easy to use and navigate for even the least computer savy workers. I have enjoyed using it.
I think it helps me keep organized and keep track of my hours. I also like the little automatic reminders to update or submit the billing that it sends out.
