TidyHQ is intuitive to set up and use. The support material is user-friendly and the support team is responsive. The linked website is basic, but provides a perfectly adequate public portal for a club or small organization. Interfaces with third party apps are seamless and easy to install.

TidyHQ is fantastic for managing not-for-profit organisation

I am using TidyHQ to manage my not-for-profit organisation. It is fantastic for keeping track of financials, managing meetings (agendas and minutes), keeping in touch with members and other contacts, running events and selling stuff via the shop.

TidyHQ has been a lifesaver for me

TidyHQ has been a lifesaver for me. When asked by my committee members about it and if it is worth the price, simply put, is that for me it is invaluable.
In the world of voluntary work, being on a committee can be difficult at times, just trying to find the time to achieve things can be a challenge in itself. With TidyHQ it is a process that is streamlined and made so simple even for people that struggle with technology a little.
Events have never been easier to run, communicating with your groups..... Simple
Finance reports that are straight forward.
Thanks to TidyHQ it has given me back time to spend with the family instead of sitting in the office creating spreadsheets to keep track of everything from members to event lists to finances.

What do you like best about TidyHQ?

The tasks for assigning to people who work remotely has also been valuable. Invoicing system is quick and easy. It is ability to change ticket levels without cancelling or re-entering all of the information to change tickets. price is very cheap. ease of setup. it provides free version to new user.

What do you dislike about TidyHQ?

there are some areas which have not been overhauled where the functionality is poor, and sometimes does not include good features which are available in other areas.The software does have limitations. it is not easily manage team or also POS system are not present.

Recommendations to others considering TidyHQ:

Excellent app, i recommended it.

What problems is TidyHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is suite of functional apps for any Club. The ease of setting up Pages, Events and Meetings linked to a contacts database is great. now this time I am not using this software because there is not a mobile application and some of the UI is a bit counter-intuitive.

I have found TidyHQ to be the most…

I have found TidyHQ to be the most valuable tool for running a Not for Profit Organisation.
All of our records are held in one easy to access place for my committee.
Membership records are up to date without having to manually produce spreadsheets all the time
The finance section makes bookkeeping a breeze with simple but effective reporting.
Events are easy to run with ticket sales made simple.
The shop is such a handy App to have.
handovers to a new committee has been made much simpler.
