I feel like all of our priveleged accounts are a lot safer as we're able to leverage Secret Server Cloud features to manage these accounts. Secret Server Cloud is a very integration friendly platform and has a comprehensive API for integrations like okta, service now, etc...

The rotation and management of service accounts
It is effortless to use and complies with my company's protection policies.
I cannot find anything to dislike. I can always access it from WFH or onsite with ease.
Keeping our servers, hosts and networks secure.
Secret Server provides a centralized location for authorized personnel to store and retrieve critical credentials. It integrates with Active Directory, supports multifactor, and has a ton of interactive features that allow for automated password rotation, etc. Another great feature is activity auditing on all secrets. Thycotic also offers a cloud solution.
Transitioning from the on-premise solution to the cloud solution requires the purchase of new licenses. Thycotic does not allow licenses to transfer.
Credential collaboration was a big problem for us, as well as the habit of using the same password for different systems. Secret Server comes with templates that allow for easy password generation and the ability to access systems straight from each secret.
What I like best about Thycotic is how flexible it is with how I organize my shared secrets. I can have a nested folder structure that makes hierarchical sense to my team. It is also straightforward to duplicate an existing secret, which enables me to add new secrets using another secret as a template. Thycotic also has built-in and extensible secret templates, which is great because it lets us store additional metadata or related information with our secrets, such as the URI for an SFTP server, or attach a certificate file to a secret, for example.
We have enabled two-factor authentication to access Thycotic in our organization, and this can be a bit of a hassle to deal with every time I need to access a secret. I would prefer if Thycotic supported trusting a device for a certain period so that I don't have to use the second factor every time I log in. However, this is likely more of a site-specific issue than a product issue.
We previously used several different shared secret management software products. For example, my team previously used KeePass, while other teams used Password Manager Pro. KeePass was useful for my team. However, no other groups could access or even request access to the secrets we managed. Likewise with Password Manager Pro, you couldn't see if a secret existed and was maintained by another team. Secrets shared across multiple groups were created and maintained in multiple places. Then some of those items went out of data so the quality of the data dropped until it became unreliable. We have replaced this disparate tool with Thycotic Secret Server, and all teams use it to now manage their secrets. Thycotic lets everyone see the existence of secrets, which fixes the duplication problem, and we can request to view a secret we don't personally manage for a limited time period if we ever need to and the team that manages the secret can then allow or deny that access via a built-in workflow.

Secret Server is very robust, it integrates with multiple different options, it provides very granular auditing, reporting security and permissions. Dependable access and it just works, which is exactly what you want from a password vault.
Nothing to dislike, it works, its easy to use, its dependable and secure.
Privileged access management, security of credentials with proper auditing and logging.
The best part about secret server is that it is easy to manage. The GUI interface makes working with the application easy and keeps the functionality high.
I believe it could improve in the reporting portion of the software. There are some reports I would like to see added in the future that would be beneficial.
Secret Server is a great password management tool for an enterprise environment. It has plenty of functions and features that would help improve workplace security.
Password Management
I can locate any local admin credentials I need in one convenient place.
I dislike that search terms have to be very specific to locate what I need.
I recommend making your accounts name a little easier to search for by omitting symbols such as dashes or colons.
