Simple and easy platform for creating Knowledge Base content for my team. The Customer Support from Tettra has been helpful and interactive and they've been very responsive to my questions.
Needs a bit more updates around editing and customization of articles, but looking forward to what the Tettra team comes up with.
Tacit vs Explicit knowledge and giving me more time to focus on the leadership side of things and let my new team members level up on the technical side.
Through skillful utilization by our management team, Tettra has become an indispensable asset to our remote work. Personally, I rely on it daily.
Nothing in particular. All the feautures are self explanatory.
Upon joining the company, Tettra facilitated my swift onboarding to various processes. The adept use of this tool has created an invaluable knowledge base, assisting us in navigating diverse work situations effectively.
Tettra's Analytics for user engagement is very much helpful to understand how the users behave in terms of using Tettra.
I do not have this since Tettra is very suited to our requirements and needs.
Nowadays attrition is very much high in IT Companies. Tettra helps us to document what our support is doing thus we have able to journal what important knowledge/experience within the operation
Before Tettra, our information hub for our company was nonexistent. Now, we have an internal document bank! We use Tettra for training manuals, system how-tos, and more!
I wish Tettra allowed for collaboration with drafts. Our workaround is publishing content and adding it to a queue to be reviewed by our Content Manager before publicising it to the team at large.
Tettra houses all content needed to run the company. It's incredibly helpful to have all this information in one place as opposed to relying on certain individuals to handle tasks all on their own. Tettra has emininated our single point of failure.
Clean, logical user interface and it's fast.
Wish I could be helpful with some constructive critisisum, but so far it's performing beyond my expectations.
I have three small business concerns. I need a way to aggregate the knowledge for our small group who works all three.
Tettra is a thoughtful and intuitive tool that cleverly bridges the gap between information dissemination and team communication. With its user-friendly interface and diverse features, Tettra facilitates efficient document management and promotes collaboration within the team in an organized and engaging manner.
The ability to centrally store and easily access knowledge is particularly valuable. Tettra not only facilitates the exchange of information but also encourages an open communication culture. I was especially impressed by the easy integration with other tools and platforms, making daily use smooth and practical.
The clear structure and simple navigation promote quick onboarding and acceptance even among team members who are not tech-savvy. Additionally, Tettra offers useful analytical tools to monitor information flow and usage, significantly contributing to continuous improvement.
In a world where efficient communication and rapid access to relevant knowledge are crucial, Tettra stands as an indispensable tool significantly easing and enhancing the daily work routine. I highly recommend Tettra to any team looking to elevate their knowledge sharing and collaboration to a new level!
Although the formatting options provided are already extensive, there is certainly room for more to be added. :) More formatting options would be appreciated.
Tettra effectively addresses the challenge of knowledge organization and distribution within our company, proving to be extremely beneficial across various departments. From the executive management to sales and all the way to the warehouse, Tettra enables the setting of knowledge standards, contributing to a significantly more efficient way of working. By reducing the demand time and providing quick and accurate answers to arising questions through its excellent search function, we have managed to substantially reduce the time otherwise spent on searching for information.
This time saving not only boosted productivity but also improved the results of work at all levels of the company. The central storage of knowledge and the ability to quickly retrieve it help the team to stay on the same page, thus making more coordinated and informed decisions.
Through Tettra, we have experienced a noticeable improvement in internal communication and in the efficiency of information dissemination, which ultimately led to better performance across various departments and higher satisfaction within the team. The platform significantly supports us in promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, which is indispensable in today's fast-paced business environment.
My colleagues and I appreciate Tettra for its ease of use and integration with Slack and Google. The functions and layout are not complicated, allowing all team members to familiarize themselves with Tettra pretty rapidly. This is a huge plus since we use Tetta on a daily basis and have lots of information to store. Given that my company is multilingual, we are also happy that Tettra can render non-Latin scripts without any problem.
I should also highlight how welcoming the Tettra team has been throughout my team's learning process. They have been exceptionally receptive to feedback and generous with their time and advice. I am extremely satisfied with how they have also been encouraging us to continue sending feedback and actually implemented some of our requests. I look forward to continuing our working relationship with Tettra and learning new things together.
It would be truly helpful if the page editing mode could offer more functions and options, specifically different fonts, font sizes, and colors, and also more flexibility in creating tables (resizing/merging/splitting cells). It would also be great if we could have in-text comments so people can directly leave remarks or questions on specific sections of the page.
The page editing mode does not have to be as comprehensive as Word or Google Docs, but the mentioned features would significantly help my team organize our knowledge even more precisely.
The largest obstacle that Tettra has helped us remove so far has been the repetitive questions my colleagues and I ask each other. The Q&A function has reduced the need and time to message others back and forth significantly, and it's also super handy to have all definitive answers in one place. Another benefit that Tettra offers is the sheer storage space for our company's files that would otherwise have been scattered on our personal drives or other platforms. Tettra functions as a great repository for everything.
Easy to create new articles, add media and links and rich text formatting such as headings, callouts and lists.
Easy to organise articles into themes and topics with colour coded icons and as many subtopics as we need.
Not possible to list an article in two different places without creating a copy - not ideal as it results in duplication if a page is relevant to two different areas but easy to work around by linking articles within other articles.
Tettra, or as we refer to it in-house, 'the Brain', houses our internal knowledge base on everything from our systems and processes, to our staff handbook and partner communication templates. Every member of our team is involved in producing content and, as a remote team, we can easily share how-tos and guidance with people across the organisation. Tettra allows us to keep everything well documented and organised so that we don't have to worry about spending hours searching for the information we need.
Easy to navigate and love the features you can add on pages
Have the reaction to pages buttons disappeared? I used to love these

The most helpful thing about Tettra is its integration with Slack. Slack was the center of our universe, and being able to (within Slack) look up information, create new pages, and cite other wiki pages to contextualize comments in a Slack thread was super helpful.
Honestly, there isn't much about the platform to dislike. The only thing I can really think of is even if it does become your company truth, making sure it's socialized properly and updated regularly (which they do have ways for you to be reminded re: that stuff) are going to be the biggest peeves!
- Being a global company, not everyone can attend meetings so having agendas in one centralized place that is easily searchable so everyone stays in the loop was paramount
- Employee/intern onboarding was a mess, putting a new process into Tettra allowed each department to start with a central process that could be personalized
- Insight into different company processes allowed us to spot redundancy, and to be generally knowledgeable re: what our colleagues were working on
- Getting historical knowledge out of veteran employee heads and into a digital searchable space
- Showing accountability and having company truths, from templates to values, all in one place
- Being transparent with data
- Making sure our front-facing teams were all on the same page with answering questions, to competitive analysis, and branding/one-sheeters
- Taking ideas out of Slack which was primarily used for messaging and fleeting, and then creating articles with context was incredibly helpful to make ideas sticky
