Its been some time since implementation, and i have just about nothing to dislike. The Platform is exceptional, top of the range. Has become our most frequently used ABM tool.

I've had a really great experience working with Terminus ABM. I was green when I started to work with Terminus and their team has the resources and knowledge to teach and lead their clients to success.

I adopted Terminus for my team in January of 2019 and it has been an outstanding platform that has become richer every quarter with enhnacments as well as building out the platform. We loved adding the Web Chatbot feature so that we had one platform to use instead of multiple.
it doesn't have the full cyle rep actions that are part of a full account based marketing program that captures the full picture, but that's okay. It would be great to see that added in the future, but I bought it for the marketing part of the equation.
On the reporting side I struggle to easily see how a specific type of creative campaign is performing across multiple targets. I have to look at them one by one. This may be a shortcoming in how I am setting up, but that's one area I wish there was a way that the same exact creative banner could be used similar to how HubSpot using the CTA in their sytsem where you have one place for all CTAs to live and therefore can see either by Campaign or by CTA how its doing.
Terminus has a true integration with SFDC to where I have zero data silos of information. They helped us work through the integration efforts.
