What do you like best about Tactful Cognitive Helpdesk?

I love the customization of the bot and the ability to customize my FAQ and learn what my customers are looking for.

What do you dislike about Tactful Cognitive Helpdesk?

I would like to see more integrations in the future, but the fact that there are some (Instagram, Gmail) on the roadmap is promising.

What problems is Tactful Cognitive Helpdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Although you can use this for prospect management and service, I will be using it more for FAQ for my customers to answer product questions.
