Syncplicity is very useful

PROS: This allows me to manage my tasks from one device to another. It keeps me from having too many memory drives while fulfilling my tasks.

CONS: It took me a while to familiarize how it works but when I did, it was perfect.

About Syncplicity

PROS: No issues! Syncplicity is a good business tool for web data storage and organization. Account management and service delivery made easier!

CONS: It would be more helpful to indicate the updated versions, so we know if we download it.

Regularly using the Syncplicity at work

PROS: A trusted data transfer tool that is used to manage customers' confidential files. Better than other applications and is user-friendly.

CONS: Frequently I am having problems creating a file and will need to re-do it several times.

What do you like best?

Syncplicity is an enterprise cloud file sharing product, not a home use product. The administration of accounts (setup, maintenance) is easy and there have been no user complaints. Syncplicity just works.

What do you dislike?

The upgrade files are not versioned, so when downloaded you are unaware of the version.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Syncplicity is an enterprise solution to meet an enterprises' needs with regards to access (availability of files) and security. Many executive use multiple devices such as a workstation, laptop, and iPhone and Syncplicity keeps all documents synchronized.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Small work groups use Syncplicity to work on shared files. In the event that a computer hard disk fails, once Syncplicity is re-installed, synchronization of all files including desktop and the documents folder takes place.

Ease of sharing file links to clients to files; clients who have sensitive information being transferred trust this more than Dropbox; ability to sync from desktop

What do you dislike?

Sometimes I have issues when I try to create a new folder and have to try a few times

Syncplicity is the resource we use to transfer financial information to our clients on a monthly basis. Without it, we would not get paid.

"Syncplicity is a life saver!"

What do you like best?

Syncplicity makes working on multiple computers flawless. I am able to start work on one computer and if needed I can go to another that is register with the Syncplicity app and complete the task. Syncplicity minimized the storage devices I now need to carry .

What do you dislike?

I have no complaints about the system . It does take a few minutes to get used to the application but once you get a feel for it everything is great so far.

Download this application on all of your devices. Give it time to link everything before shutting down and enjoy this amazing application!

Syncplicity adds ease to my need to work in different locations easier. I often start work on my main computer and need to switch to my laptop or even work in a different city . With Syncplicity I no longer have to keep up with USB drives or hard drives.

"Easy share and sync with Syncplicity"

What do you like best?

I use Syncplicity for both personal and business files, which keeps my family and my professional teams on track and connected. It's easy to use, it's secure, and I'm constantly accessing files on my phone, ipad or at work. It's seamless - I don't have to think about anything, it just works. And in business, productivity is the name of the game.

What do you dislike?

In a pre-dropbox/box/syncplicity world, no one could imagine doing what we can do today, so getting teams used to the idea of sync and share vs. save, download, send was a challenge, but no more. Now everyone expects everything ELSE to work as seamlessly as Syncplicity...and that's a challenge in itself. Not much to dislike - the tech is strong and the team and support you get is top notch.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Storage, security, file sync etc. - but the bigger business problem we solved was the simple need for better productivity. Productivity went way up, which means we stay focused on our business.

What do you like best?

Quick setup, Very fast upload/download, Good documentation and support, Unique features like Google Docs integration. You can integrate third-party editing tools, e.g., Picnik, Zoho, Scribd, iPaper.

What do you dislike?

More Expensive then other options, Does not encrypt files before transmission, No dedicated mobile applications, Mac client missing bandwidth throttling.

What do you like best?

I was not a technical person when I star my work I al experienced lack of knowledge in this regard. This thing consumes most of my time and energy. But when I used this amazing application it becomes so much convenient to share files offline as well online. Every folder is in my hand and I don’t have to suffer a lot while making collaboration during teamwork. By having this application all my workload has been decreased in a very significant way. Additionally, it provides a good tracking system that tracks all my working process whether there are certain issues present or not.

What do you dislike?

I don’t find any kind of drawback in this product it’s has been a great supporter throughout my journey. I always found it helpful sometimes the working becomes slow it can be due to low internet connectivity. But otherwise I love the software I love the interface and much more from it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Every feature of this application is incredibly easy and simple so whosoever wants a complete file sharing solution should install it. Moreover, its useful features are enough capable of making changes into the content in a shared folder so that it can be easily changed in to each one of the file as well.

Easy to use and simple application. Time savior in terms of sending a large amount of data from one organization to another. It makes my working flawless so I can work on each and every computer. Mobile application of this software is so much useful because I can handle certain task while sitting at my home. All these amazing features are my most favorite.
