The ease of use & flexibility to add or modify is great for us as we have many customers with different needs. Like the way it connects smartly to our industry apps & platforms & not just the usuals

Interconnectivity between the various data sources we use & smart automation between them means we just tell it what to do & what to do if that doesn't work & so on, bit like you would with humans I guess
I like the complete ease of use it offers all our users. It also offers our company the flexibility to be able to change the system to our way of working.
To be perfectly honest, there is really nothing we dislike, if you don't like how something is configured in the system, then you can change it.
It offers us the flexibility to be able to plan our day very easily, even with our homeworkers and field staff alike.
It get's better every update & simply keeps on giving, plus the ability to link to so many of our suppliers, clients & data providers with relative ease.
Would be great to have a better dashboard but believe that's coming in the next update.
