The key highlight for us is Stravito's intelligence engine which makes categorization a breeze for us admins. With the BloomFire, we often had an overcomplicated set up in contrast to Stravito, which is focused on making the process seamless for its users.
Can't really call it a dislike, but they could work a little on improving their customer support for users from around the globe as the timings did make the initial contact a little hard for us.
A must-try if you are a new user, it simplifies the whole process while the competitors we tested out seemed to complicate it.
The unification of Knowledge and insights was something we were looking at solving when we were weighing our options.

I have nothing to add for the dislike section. The Stravito team consists of a group of professionals, who take own initiatives and work passionately to integrate new ideas into the platform and at the same time maintain the simplistic design of the tool to enable easy onboarding.
- A go-to place - Stravito enables easy access to necessary information;
- Reduced time and effort to find information - no need to know all people who might have the information you are looking for on their computers. Now it is just a 'search' away;
- Knowing what information you own prevents you from unnecessary spending - you might already have the information you are looking for. AI-supported search works like Google search and helps find everything just in a few seconds. Thus, repetitive research on the same topic, or buying a subscription from a third party to learn that information is no longer essential.
After nearly a year of subscription & now in charge of leading this platform within the company. I found that...

Stravito is super easy and intuitive to use. The highlight is the intelligent way it searches for information inside the materials, guiding you to the exact information you need. Another important aspect is the responsive and skilled support team, which is proactive in answering user doubts and improving the experience.
There is no big issue with Stravito, my experience has been definitely positive. Any minor adjustment opportunities that my team identified were assessed by Stravito's team and quickly fixed when possible.

As an admin, uploading reports is really easy with Stravito's intelligent categorisation. In turn, this categorisation then makes it really easy for users to find the most relevant insights for their work. As a result we are increasing ROI on our MI, save time and also increase insight usage in decision making within the organisation.
The initial setting up of the tool was really simple and Stravito offer excellent help whenever we have any questions. They are also constantly looking to improve the tool and happily take our suggestions on board for future development.
It's not really a dislike but the Collections feature could be improved and, as admin, I'd love to be able to see basic usage stats myself.
