This application is user-friendly and so far the easiest application I've used to track all attendance-related concerns. It also includes all over-time, vacation and sick leave filing easier to everyone.

So far I don't have anything I can say I dislike, because I can easily log in and log out using my work computer as well as my phone. I don't see any opportunity for improvements now.

Problems like wrong filing of overtime, where they can just deny the requested/submitted overtime and put some notes why they are rejecting it. It benefits all of us because we can see what's wrong with the filed overtime and we can change it and re-file the correct one, so no overtime left unpaid.

The system is simple and easy to navigate. It has convenient features that aligns within the company's needs.

for me is auto log out in the system in a short span of time.

The most I like about Sprout Solutions HR was it was integrated in one platform that will cater to the needs of our employees without doing it manually.

Not totally a downside but I believe Sprout HR was a long way to improve on.

We don't need to think about manual timekeeping and payroll computation anymore. Sprout is also DOLE-compliant and updates the system with PH Holidays, etc. Support is also responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance with specific topics. It has really addressed our business need, and we use it everyday.
