The social listening and reporting tools in Sprout are extremely helpful for our business's growth. The Sprout Social representatives are extremely responsive and genuinely want to help their customers.
I can't think of anything that I don't like about Sprout's tools and capabilities.
Sprout is helping us analyze our social media metrics and these metrics help us to achieve our social media goals.
I love the Scheduling tool - to be able to duplicate and edit copy has been super helpful with how many channels we manage.
I wish that we could search specific topics like on facebook, not just twitter.
The campaign features has been really great to use. We run so many that it's great to see what is working and how can we change things if we need to.
Very easy onboarding process, which included 3 separate meetings to review different elements of the platform. Standard reporting templates covered the majority of metrics we care about most, and we can easily add/edit for additional needs. We haven't needed to use customer support yet, but seems simple enough to start a live chat.
My only complaint is minor, and it's about tagging. There's not a separate way to tag social posts compared to inbound/outbound messages for customer care. They all exist together, which makes for a long list when trying to find the tag you need.
Our last platform was a big player in the social management space, but we found it quite complicated to manage reporting. Having that available in an easy-to-use system, along with a streamlined inbox so we don't miss any customer messages/comments was key, and we've found that to work very well with Sprout Social.
I love that I can manage all of our social media, comments, and Youtube interactions all in one place. When we have a particular issue with a product I can do social listening for that issue or product easily to see the scale of the issue. Competitive analysis has been made easier for me and automatic reporting and sent reports make it easier for me to discuss numbers with the higher ups. It also frees up a lot of the annoyances of platform logins and scheduling on an individual basis across multiple accounts.
We integrate it into our strategy and planning and use it pretty much every day. Even if we don't, it's easy to scedule things and forget about ituntil we need to get back in there.
I love the team we worked with to implement the tool. Both training and introduction/edmo of the tool were amazing. We felt very accommodated as a customer.
This is mostly the fault of the system and CRM we use for our ecommerce store, but I wish I could also get our customer service emails and shop linked into Sprout too. I think once we switch over to a better ecommerce platform, we could potentially resolve this.
I don't like that Reels are a little difficult to schedule with specific sounds unless we use our phones, but I think that is also the fault of the nature of Instagram and a lack of a working API probably.
I also can't seem to like or heart Youtube comments unless I'm on Youtube, but I can still answer and moderate them as normal.
We wasted a lot of time with manually scheduling and not understanding the full analytics behind our posts. Sprout solves for this pretty completely. I can make plans ahead from what I see does well, or what I see needs to be boosted if it's a higher priority.
Very easy to use, allows us to integrat all of our social platforms and report on all platforms easily.
The lack of TikTok advertising reporting is a downside.
Reporting for our campaigns across a range of social media platforms.
It has everything you need to monitor social engagements. It's *the* tool for social media management and publishing. Tagging and creating cases for Guest Relations team is fantastic. Stop searching. This is the social tool you need to have. It's expensive but it makes life so much easier and can't be beaten (trust me, I've tried all the platforms and NOTHING comes close to Sprout.)
This is NOT a reputation or listening management tool. You'll need something else like BirdEye (my personal favorite.)
This tool solves the social publishing problem. I can easily plan, create and schedule all posts in one spot. It also solves the social care problem by easily seeing what conversations are happening across all networks and allowing me to respond appropriately.
Sprout Social is the most convenient and efficient software for managing our online appearance when we need to coordinate projects involving software. The approval workflows make our content programs a lot easier, helping ensure that everything is in line with our image. However, there are a few features that I am very pleased about including the robust analytics and reports that provides clear view of how we perform on social media. The easier it is to track relevant conversations due to integrations with other platforms, social listening capabilities and the more applicable effective tagging features are. Indeed, these functionalities work to support what we are trying to build in terms of a coherent online strategy.
However, I think Sprout Social can be quite expensive especially since at the lowest level, there are not many features that one will have access to. Although the platform provides brilliant features, and due to some of the more intricate and customizable features appear locked down behind expensive tiers so this might be restricting to smaller teams or those without a dedicated Sprout instance.
Through this solution, our team benefits from a centralised platform that allows for the tracking and managing of multiple channels, bringing about tremendous efficiency improvement.
While I have been relatively successful with Sprout Social as a cloud management tool. What strikes me is the simplicity of using this interface because it appears to have been made very intuitive and thus makes navigating through everything a piece of cake. Another significant strong point of Sprout Social is its reporting capabilities that are very robust giving allows for good analytics which helps us in strategizing decision making on our social media endeavors. The management of multiple accounts is simplified to enable easy comparison of performance with other institutions and such relevant statistics. This feature allows professionals to monitor market trends and the level of engagement with the audience, which is particularly benefical for keeping track of popular topics.
On the other hand, however, there have been a few hiccups when using the bulk upload feature. Most of the time, I feel that when there is content loading in bulk it doesn’t get formatted well and this serves to inhibit any attempt we would want to make towards optimizing our social media strategy. This appears to be a weakness that Sprout could improve upon.
Sprout Social has been a primary solution to the complexity of managing multiple social media accounts. It simplifies the way we track and analyze our online presence, thus facilitates better decision-making towards our digital strategies. This has greately assisted our onliine outeach, enabling us to remain succesfull and relevant in the cocislt operations within the cloud.
Sprout Social has an awesome Interface, making it user-friendly for both beginners and experienced users. The dashboard is very well organised which allows me to easily navigate and quickly access all the features.
It has a complex mobile app functionality compared to the desktop version.
Sprout Social tool helps in social listening that allows me to monitor customer conversations and track my brand mentions very efficiently.
