One of the best features of Smith.Ai software is their integration with our CRM, Wealthbox. They are able to send a one way push of information which will add the caller as a contact, publish the call notes that are duplicated on the dashboard, and also add their appointment to our calendar. This has been a big time saver for the admin staff who used to manually input all of that.
The main flaw with the software is that when you are on the dashboard and click into a lead to view the call details, whenever you back out of the lead it takes you all the way to the dashboard landing page and therefore the most recent call list. It is not a big deal but rather an annoyance as sometimes we audit calls that are several pages into the history list and it requires a few extra clicks to navigate back to the section of calls.
Smith.Ai has been a breeze to work with from the onboarding process through the sometimes weekly account touches from their customer service team. Making updates to our script and call handling instructions is simple and they are happy to make adjustments to help us fine tune the process for handling prospect calls. The software is easy to use and enables us to listen to call recordings, read call transcripts, block unwanted callers or forward current clients directly to the office, all from the dashboard. Smith.Ai's customer service is prompt in their responses to any issues that come up and are fair with their call credits when needed. All of their receptionists are either native English speakers or are fluent in English as their second language and we have never had a communication issue with our callers not being able to understand the receptionist or questioning if they are based in the US. We have been utilizing their services for 1.5 years after trying 4 other answering services and are very satisfied with the company thus far. We prefer their method of charging per call rather than charging per minute.
We are a wealth management firm who needed a service to field calls for us on the weekends when we run a TV and Radio show where prospects are encouraged to call in to schedule an appointment. Smith.Ai has receptionists staffed to take calls that come in between 11:30pm and 12:30am. Having receptionists available at all times of the day has allowed us to run more shows and at odd times of the day without fear of missing a prospect call. One feature we love is that they will return a call to someone if the call is dropped or if they for some reason are not answered the first time and have to leave a voicemail, the receptionists are quick to call them back. We have about a 55%-60% booking ratio and anyone they cannot set an appointment for, they provide detailed notes as to why they were not able to schedule the prospect. Smith.Ai receptionists allow us to qualify prospects more efficiently as we have them ask certain questions that our staff can use to further qualify them on Monday mornings when we call everyone back ourselves.
They spell our clients names correctly, get the correct phone numbers and type out detailed information from the clients and/or vendors.
I do not have any dislikes about SMITH AI.

Smith can screen calls - getting rid of 'spam', screening out callers seeking services we don't provide, sending callers wanting an appointment a link so they can schedule, and getting background on calls that must be returned, taking basic messages, etc.

I like that the phone is answered by someone in North America with no major accent and that they get the number and type of caller for me. I like how willing they are to modify and personalize the service for me. and, no contract!
I thought the cost would be high. It seems scary, having a limit of 30 calls for 255. What I found was since they do not bill for advert calls, and spam calls, those are not counted against my calls that are leads. So, works perfect.

The already super-small list has gotten practically non-existent, so I can't think of anything worth noting as a dislike. It is truly incredible the level of success and execution they operate at.
The call instructions for my company are complex and change depending on the state of residence and legal case type. Out of the close to 1,000 calls they handle in a month for us at Express Legal Funding, the number of nonperfect calls per month is less than 3, and of those three calls, none are issues that can't be remedied by a quick call back.
