PROS: For me the best aspect is the heat map. The Heat Map rellly helped me to understand how my costumers interact with my website.

What do you like best about Smartloop Chatbot Builder?

I like the fact that it allows anyone to build a chat bot without having fore knowledge. You get to connect with users that log in to your website.

What do you dislike about Smartloop Chatbot Builder?

I feel like because it a chat bot sometimes the communication seems abit out of place. I think smart loop can engage with all it users to fill a survey to ask the likely question that they usually want a chatbot to be able to answer. This will really help.
