Easy to keep track of Offices, Agents and their transation files.

What do you like best about Skyslope?

Very manageable and one place to record and track the transaction related files, their progress and the necessary checklists to save. Easy to add agents, offices and assign the role of agents. Integration of e-book in SkySlope has made it easier to send CDA's to agents as well.

What do you dislike about Skyslope?

No downsides to mention at least form my perspective.

What problems is Skyslope solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recording all the active transaction related files and keeping track of them whether it's still active or closed or cancelled. It also records which form, and other necessary documents were submitted to make the real estate transaction complete.

It’s the New Offer Software for Realtors

What do you like best about Skyslope?

Skyslope is the newest program that has been introduced for Toronto Area Realtors to use when composing documents. I have used this program and have not had any issues. It is similar to the previous programs we were asked to use, and it is updated on a regular basis.

What do you dislike about Skyslope?

Recommendations to others considering Skyslope?

I use it every time I have to compose documents and offers for a client. It was not difficult to use, and it is a significant upgrade from the previous platform. There is a built in chat that gives easy access to customer support.

What problems is Skyslope solving and how is that benefiting you?

It sometimes crashes when there is an update to the system or the forms.

What do you like best about Skyslope?

Joey Decker was extremely professional. He patiently listened to my concerns and shared that SS is aware of the issues and is taking measures to correct the problem.

What do you dislike about Skyslope?

Communication to Admin and Owners is extremely lacking, but we are hopeful this is being addressed

Skyslope helped us go paperless!

What do you like best about Skyslope?

We love the simplicity of keeping track of every transaction the entier step of the way! Now all of our offices are paperless and can pull a file from anywhere!

What do you dislike about Skyslope?

Splitting documents could be easier if that screen could open larger to see the full document. Currently when you zoom in, it goes to a corner and you have to move the scroll bar to get to the place you need to see. It's just a little small.

What problems is Skyslope solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are now paperless! Also, making sure agents turn in the required paperwork with no excuses because they know what they need right at the beginning of the transaction.

Skyslope is a wonderful tool!

What do you like best about Skyslope?

The most helpful thing about Skyslope is that all documents are in one spot to be turned in, reviewed, and approved. If anyone needs to go back and find something, it is all in the same spot with minimal searching.

What do you dislike about Skyslope?

I have used Skyslope for 2+ years now and I do not have any major dislikes so far. There are tiny things, like not being able to use the search bar when on the digisign page, but that is easily rectified by just going to the home page (nothing to fret about).

What problems is Skyslope solving and how is that benefiting you?

Skylsope is implementing "Forms" which then correlates with the MLS in the area you are in which is amazing. They are constantly putting out new updates that only make the program easier to use.

What do you like best about Skyslope?

Skyslope is quickly integrating features that make it a "one-stop-shop. I love that you don't have to leave the app to complete most tasks.

What do you dislike about Skyslope?

It needs an e-mail feature and the e-signature isn't my favorite of all products out there

If you're a TC and work with several agents or work with only one , this product is exactly what you would need.

What problems is Skyslope solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using forms directly from skyslope, maintaining all versions of documents and splitting/merging documents.

Skyslope is da best!

What do you like best about Skyslope?

Skyslope is the iPhone of transaction management, easy to use and easy to navigate. I also like how it favors the Compliance/TC team more than other platforms. Example: Agents can't close their transactions, agents can't approve cancellations, etc.

What do you dislike about Skyslope?

The ONE thing I do dislike is that Skyslope does not integrate with all MLS/States with FORMS, yet. We get that concern a lot from our franchises.

What problems is Skyslope solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem we have solved with Skyslope is being paperless, no more paper. We can keep track of all agent activities in skyslope, what they are doing, when they did it, etc. The processing of transactions faster, agents know exactly what they need to complete a transaction and/or listing.

Skyslope has been great - support from Taylor is always great.

What do you like best about Skyslope?

There are a number of things - Stages helps us organize our day, Logs help us track who has done what, DigiSign so we don't have to use more than one platform - lots of great features.

What do you dislike about Skyslope?

Right now, the Digisign issue - too many emails once a trade is signed, so would really like to see that corrected. Also, would love to see the Stage Filters more user friendly - if you happen to move your cursor away, the box disappears and you have to re-select your stages.

What problems is Skyslope solving and how is that benefiting you?

Visibility to our agents / staff - a great benefit. Two way sync is a bit of an issue.

What do you like best about Skyslope?

For the past 3 years, Compass has used SkySlope. Since day 1, the support that we received from our project manager, Taylor Grossman, has been incredible. There was nothing she couldn't help us with. She always showed a willingness and readiness to support us with every large project and small detail. I am greatly appreciative of her support over the years. We could never have done any of this without her. Thank you Taylor and SkySlope team, you are amazing!!

The search bar sometimes is slow and need to search twice for a property.

One management platform to support a high-volume company with a lot of transactions from start to end.
