What do you like best about Simple Fractal?

Simple Fractal quickly developed an understanding of our key Business Processes, Systems and Skills. They built out Automation Solutions that were robust, intuitive and effective. These innovations allowed our business to scale efficiently in a time of Labor uncertainty and accelerated company growth.

What do you dislike about Simple Fractal?

Our biggest challenge was finding the 'internal' Business Analyst capacity to keep up with the seemingly limitless opportunities for us to improve through RPA. Fortunately for us, each new Bot delivered became a foundational underpinning for the next one.

What problems is Simple Fractal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simple Fractal delivered Capabilities that greatly reduced our dependency on inefficient Systems and Processes. Their Revenue Cycle Management Bots improved Workflow and implemented Data Validation Rules unavailable in our legacy Applications. They also created Solutions for Lead Capture/Conversion, Client Scheduling Optimization and Personnel Compliance requirements. With "right-sized" Technology investments, Simple Fractal enabled our staff to focus on "higher value" Business activities.

What do you like best about Simple Fractal?

Their staff is easy to work with and incredibly thoughful about approach. They not only design what we ask for but enhance and elevate our original plans for an even better result. The team is incredibly intelligent and make the entire process fun while automating processes, saving SG&A and ensuring compliance to company processes.

What do you dislike about Simple Fractal?

As with any organization that is growing quickly, there has been some turnover that has mildly impacted our projects. However, I am confident in the leadership and their ability to select and grow the team. This is evidenced by our continued happiness with our SimpleFractal team members even through transition.

What problems is Simple Fractal solving and how is that benefiting you?

SF is helping automate processes, increase compliance and reduce manual workflows which in turn is allowing our team members to spend more time on the most important things like customer service and employee satisfaction.

What do you like best about Simple Fractal?

I have been working with Simple Fractal for over a year on optimizing various business processes. Of all the various projects and hail mary requests I have given to the Simple fractal team, I have never hear the word "no" nor the phrase "That's not possible." I have only heard "we'll get it done"

What do you dislike about Simple Fractal?

Absolutely Nothing. The only think I dislike is my own capacity to send processes to them to improve.

What problems is Simple Fractal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simple Fractal is helping us automate processes and procedures currently being done manually by humans. Many processes, Simple Fractal has developed and deployed bots to do tasks that were previously done by FTEs.

What do you like best about Simple Fractal?

Simple Fractal is incredibly good at understanding our business. With their extensive experience and domain expertise, they are often better at articulating our own problems, building trust as they design fitting solutions. They are professional, reliable, responsive, and deliver quality results on time. We have already engaged Simple Fractal in multiple areas of our organization and value our ongoing partnership with them.

What do you dislike about Simple Fractal?

After a bot is up and running, the ROI is clear, and everyone is happy. I wish it were simpler to model it during discovery so that it'd be easier to sell internally.

What problems is Simple Fractal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to Simple Fractal's bots, we have automated the majority of our billing on a daily basis. This has resulted in improved revenue, faster cycle time, fewer mistakes, and a much more scalable staffing model as we grow. One of the best parts has been the happiness the bots have brought our employees - instead of burning out doing never-ending thankless tasks, they can do more interesting and valuable work where human touch, creativity, and judgment matters more.

What do you like best about Simple Fractal?

After vetting a few companies we decided to deploy our first bot with Simple Fractal. Initial impressions were very professional and that they cared as much about the issue at hand as we did. Boy were we right! After deploying our first bot and seeing the results we were sold! We immediately started working with the Simple Fractal team to develop a roadmap of future projects that would give us the greatest ROI. Three years later, our first bot is still running, we have deployed 10+ more and, most importantly, we have an amazing partner helping us scale by putting a bulk of the work onto bots.

What do you dislike about Simple Fractal?

We have not encountered any issues. Throughout the discovery process they invest time into understanding your exact needs. Through testing they are communicative, after deployment they respond quickly and they are always reachable for support!

Recommendations to others considering Simple Fractal:

It seems like these bots can do just about anything. We assumed some projects would not be right but in just talking with the team they came up with solutions.

What problems is Simple Fractal solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using them for Revenue Cycle Management, CPT coding accuracy(multi-tier different provider same day), compliance audits, data entry and data transfer. Our staff is happier, our data is cleaner. When we have audits everything is accurate and the documentation is present. Also, the software we use is not the greatest and can be bogged down by lots of users so the bots do work after hours.

What do you like best about Simple Fractal?

Simple Fractal was instrumental in automating manual processes, allowing us to:

* Get reports and analysis faster for better decision making

* Reduce costs (headcount) by cutting out manual processes and improving accuracy of reports with automated processes

I like the both the cost savings and the improved decision making.

What do you dislike about Simple Fractal?

The only negative is the demand for engineering talent in the IT space is felt everywhere. And our current projects have taken longer simply due to labor shortages.

Strongly recommend Simple Fractal.

What do you like best about Simple Fractal?

I've worked with Simple Fractal on different bot/automation solutions over the last 3 years, with regular communication and check-ins throughout. One of the things I've always appreciated about Henry and his team is their willingness to listen and understand the problem to provide the best possible solution, which often surpasses expectations. As is expected, there are occasionally some minor hiccups with the bots that require attention. The Simple Fractal team are always responsive and offer expected resolution timelines.

What do you dislike about Simple Fractal?

No issues working with Simple Fractal to date.

What problems is Simple Fractal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simple Fractal have helped us assign bots to repetitive tasks, automate push notification reminders, link different platforms, provided reporting on different areas by pulling together data sets, etc. There have been both monetary and time-saving benefits associated with automation.

What do you like best about Simple Fractal?

I loved working with the guys at Simple Fractal. They were intelligent, direct, to the point, and very communicative. It was easy to trust their process because they were organized, and they delivered according to set expectations. Even as we used the bot each week, they were very willing to work with us to make whatever tweaks were necessary to maintain bot efficiency and effectiveness. We were very happy with the customer service.

What do you dislike about Simple Fractal?

There was nothing to dislike. There are natural limitations with any automated process, but at least Simple Fractal's reports helped us identify and prioritize issues that RPA could not solve.

What problems is Simple Fractal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simple Fractal helped us solve a very manual and repetitive workflow that our practice management system, CentralReach, was not able to help us solve. The bot that Simple Fractal built for us helped us significant revenue dollars using less resources than we would have spent otherwise on staff.

What do you like best about Simple Fractal?

Simple Fractal has been highly professional throughout the whole process. After a few meetings, they understood our needs and were able to turn around a draft in a relatively short amount of time. They were very easy to work with as the process had to be fine-tuned.

What do you dislike about Simple Fractal?

There really hasn't been anything to dislike at the moment.

What problems is Simple Fractal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simple Fractal is helping us automate a routine pull large data sets from several different (though homogenous) sites. The automation has already enabled us to recognize data we missed when pulling the data manually and has given us more confidence that our source data pulled is accurate. Though we are still currently running both the automation and manual process parallel, in the future, this will also free up work hours.
