Shoptiques POS 2020 Fresh Start

What do you like best about Shoptiques POS?

We love the ease of stock set up and the platforms all talk to each other.

What do you dislike about Shoptiques POS?

We are still learning with the system and a few bugs are still being worked on.

What problems is Shoptiques POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our website, POS, and birthday club are all in one place for us to communicate with our customer.

Lots of Data Available

What do you like best about Shoptiques POS?

All of the sales data that you need is available. I can export one spreadsheet and have all the sales data at the customer level to see what is happening in my store.

What do you dislike about Shoptiques POS?

There is preloaded size templates for product. When I need a new or different size, I can't add it myself.

Recommendations to others considering Shoptiques POS?

Its a very easy to use system for anyone in retail. It has the ease of use for non-techie people, but also the robust detail that a techie loves.

What problems is Shoptiques POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I now have all sales data by customer so I can see who is buying what and when.

The sync with the online store - more simplistic than our old one - the company is willing to implement any changes to issues we have
