ShipHero has saved us an incredible amount of time and energy!
What do you like best about ShipHero?
ShipHero made it easy to connect all of our ecommerce platforms to one central location, saving us so much time and energy in managing orders from all over the internet. The automation is seamless, and the setup process was simple. It's also amazing to be able to track orders all in one place, without having to bother anyone for tracking information. We had one question, and support took care of us right away. Amazing expreience!
What do you dislike about ShipHero?
We have not experienced any downsides to ShipHero.

As a Small ecomerce company this was a Homerun choice
What do you like best about ShipHero?
You can use it out of the box. They provide a full academy at your disposal, and we have used it to train all our managers and hourly.
What do you dislike about ShipHero?
I am not in love with the cycle counting screens and the ability to get base reporting from any open counts.
What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory traceability and efficient picking and packing without a major capital expense of equipment.

What do you like best about ShipHero?
ShipHero has been an outstanding upgrade to our business. From the team that has onboarded us (shoutout to Taylor LeGere and Alex Lewkowict) to the product itself, ShipHero is made for the business that is looking to make their logistics and warehouse management state of the art. It's seamless to onboard and provides intelligent oversight of your operation like none other.
What do you dislike about ShipHero?
At this point, nothing. We would like for there to be more LPN visibility, as we are operating out of one warehouse and will be growing into our second. With a growing demand of products and a need to create efficiency in our space, having even more visibility on where our products are in the warehouse and not just in the system, will change the game! Something for future thought.
What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?
ShipHero is solving a bit of everything from the perspective of shipping and warehouse management. We have a seamless way to receive and account for products, we can accurately pick and pack orders in a tracked and timely manner, we can have full oversight of work flow, productivity, and product movement, and we have competitive rates now with all of our shipping partners that were provided because of the fantastic partner relationships with ShipHero. Because of ShipHero, we were able to reduce our on-hand labor by 50%, while increasing productivity by 20-30%.

The onboarding experience was outstanding, thanks in large part to our specialist, Alexander Tiezzi. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to our success. We always felt supported and set up for long-term success.

Outstanding software and even better support team!
What do you like best about ShipHero?
Our team has enjoyed the ease of use while having the option of being very in-depth. ShipHero makes inventory tracking & shipment fulfillment so simple that I can't believe we didn't try this years ago. From receiving to packing, every step is very intuitive and straightforward. We were wasting a ton of time with other software that fell short or resorting back to Google Sheets but now we have a simple interface for all users to get information from any device in real time. Never again will we have to search for an item in the warehouse!

Everyone on the ShipHero team is very genuine, patient, and considerate of our time. Avi, our Implementation Manager, honestly could not be better. He takes great care in listening to our needs and immediately guiding us to a solution to ensure our time is utilized efficiently. Even in a rare instance that he does not have an immediate answer, Avi always follows up with us extremely fast and thoroughly provides us with the answer we need. Implementation was simple but very hands-on. It's easy to get lost in a new software but Avi was always there to get us back on track even outside our normal meeting times. We love to tinker and when we do sometimes we mess things up! A quick ping to Avi and we are back to where we needed to be. You never feel alone or abandoned after the sale with the ShipHero team, which provides us a huge sigh of relief.

What do you like best about ShipHero?
We have been using ShipHero for over 4 years and love their customer support team! It’s key to keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about ShipHero?
The transition from Static to Dynamic has its flaws and the list of approved/supported equipment is limited.
What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the new Dynamic version we can now also track expiration dates and lot numbers. This has been huge as a number of our customers have perishables like food, makeup or vitamins.

Comprehensive & User Friendly!
What do you like best about ShipHero?
We have a ShipHero software account for our 3PL and love that it is very user friendly and easy to navigate! We enjoy the multitude of features including order management, inventory management, report generation, and so much more. ShipHero has helped us grow our business with easy customer onboarding and carrier integration. We also love having a dedicated CSM and team available to investigate any technical issues and to answer our questions. After switching from a lesser WMS, we found ShipHero was incredibly simple to install and begin using right away.
What do you dislike about ShipHero?
There are several areas we would like to improve: one being more seamless integration of the various features - when switching between different modules, such as purchase orders vs order shipping, I'm prompted to login at every module switch, which is usually a 2 step process. Second being more proactive monitoring for tech bugs, rather than my team needing to capture the issue via images/videos, and giving an extensive description of the issue. Sometimes we're so busy that we aren't able to stop, document the issue, and go back and forth with CS to reach a resolution. Third being building out the billing functionality with more features and customization - all of of our accounts have different billing structures and it requires quite a bit of manual manipulation after exporting the invoices to ensure our customers are being charged correctly (example recognizing a carton as a single pick versus 100 individual picks).

We absolutely love the 2 way connection between Shopify and ShipHero, this allows for much easier order and product management.

Loved Working with Shiphero
What do you like best about ShipHero?
The user interface is extremely easy to use. The Shiphero team understands my issues and what changes need to be made. Implementation has been great! Our Onboarding Specialist has been FANTASTIC. Avi is always available and quick to respond to any questions we have. Our Sales Rep, Alex, was great also. He was upfront about everything that goes into the price and was able to work with us to make it happen.
What do you dislike about ShipHero?
So far no issues. Everyone has been super helpful.
