I love that you can see all the metrics that LinkedIn doesn't show you. You can see exactly how well your personal account is reaching the right people. And honestly, I don't know of any competitors. SHIELD is providing a service that I haven't seen matched by anyone else.
Nothing at all! I just wish I could get it comped by my company. I honestly think that personal branding and employee advocacy are crucial to every B2B company's success so every B2B company should include SHIELD in their tech stack.
I can see which of my personal posts are performing and which are lacking. More than anything, though, it's just lovely to see my progress and be able to provide some success metrics for the work I'm doing on LinkedIn.
SHIELD provides incredibly useful analytics on the performance of your LinkedIn content. The platform goes above and beyond what you get in LinkedIn by providing helpful visuals, comparative metrics (based on the timeframe of your choice), sortable lists and more.
As a heavy LinkedIn content creator, SHIELD has helped me step up my game, increase the reach of my content, grow my follower base and create more impactful content.
Honestly, I'm struggling to come up with an answer here. I guess the lack of a mobile app is the biggest downer for me, but honestly, I'm so used to using the desktop platform it really doesn't bother me.
Since using SHIELD, I have a MUCH better understanding of what content my audience loves and what content falls flat. As a result, I've been able to fine-tune my approach to "give the people what they want." Since using SHIELD, my content views, engagements, engagement rate and follower base are all up!
Attractive data presentation, mostly on one screen.
Nothing really. The signup was a little difficult, but that was during the beta phase and I know it's a lot better now.
It's great, comprehensive and cheap. Go for it!
Getting all my analytics in one place, to understand how my LinkedIn performance is going.
Shield provides structured version of LinkedIn analytics on personal profiles. It is highly helpful.
As of now, there is nothing that I dislike about the tool.
Difficulty tracking posts engagement. Shield provided me with the best solution.
The tool is appropriately feature-loaded and meets all my needs
Since the tool is so great, there is nothing I don't like about it.
I was having trouble tracking LinkedIn analytics. but shield helped me track it easily
In my case, we use it both as a corporate tool and as a personal one. I like that I can review both usages without having to log off and log on. The set of metrics is spot on. Super useful to know what works and what doesn't.
I would love to be able to detect somewhat easier what time of the day is the one that has more engagement rates. I mean, I know the better days, but the hour of posting is key. So far it's the only thing I can think of.
Being able to determine the kind of content that works best, the one that is prone to get more engagement, the content that doesn't work, etc. The main problem it solves is not knowing what kind of content helps you grow organically.
The in-depth stats that you are able to track on the platform is amazing since Linkedin restricts what you can track for personal profiles.
The UX/UI is a real area where I would welcome tons of improvement. Data showcase is hard to understand and need to improve a lot.
The most critical problem is to be able to understand the metrics of growth of our personal branding efforts.
It lets me compare all my posts and see which one faired better. It also shows me which ones had the most engagement rate which is highly beneficial in curating future content.
There's nothing about the tool that I dislike as of now.
I've experimented with various tools for Linkedin Analytics, but shield turns out to be the best among all. It's worth the price.
I was facing difficulty tracking the engagement rate of my posts and understanding what kind of posts my target audience liked better. Shield helped me figure that out.
Didn't manage to get access because it's rather clunky in all aspects. Probably work better for personal branding, just as marketed, but not great for company.
Everything is clunky. I work in tech myself (a different industry) but this is a very undeveloped tool in comparison with others on the market. The website is hard to navigate and it was almost impossible to get help or training/support from anywhere.

Can't find troubleshooting documentation on the help center as well.
