Shakespeare software is daily used in our work for managing legal cases. It helps the users to have better overview of their tasks and status of legal cases. Software is also integrated with our courts, so it saves a lot of time and reduces operational risk, as it automatically tracks the development and status of certain legal cases. Additional integration with our core system is also possible, to even further automatize the manual work and focus really only on content of legal cases, instead of a lot of administrative tasks.
Not much, as the company listened to our needs and did needed modifications and upgrades to cover our needs and work process.

With previous system we used we couldn't manage the workflows as we needed, always need some "add-on" application or whatever, what leads to security challenges and time consumption. So we start do look for another, one-platform system with high security level and easy-to-manage on our own. As we don't use and cloud platforms (on premises only), we found Shakespeare solution.
Shake is easy to use, modular and easy to manage, having opportunity to create or edit processes and drag out all meta data we need daily. Seamlessly integrated BPM/RPA/DMS with standard office tools makes it secure and much easier to use.
As any SW implementation, it's demanding knowledge-transfer (for admins and BPM configurators), but afterwards it's easy.

That is totaly web oriented and does not need a client installation. That it's BPM engine enables to make different types of processes, that could be adhoc deployed based on a client needs. That is robust and stable with the stress on scalability, availability and reliability, not to mention the excellent customer experience.

Shakespeare enables us to perform Business Process Management, BAU application programming and workflow type applications. The solution supports Dynamic Approval Chain with adhoc adding next approvers the chain.
Simple to use, high degree of adaptability, suitable for all sizes of business. Great support team with regular updates and workshops.
So far nothing, any issues have already been dealt with through support or recent updates.

Unifying business processes, optimising workflows. Superior time management. Better information distribution within company etc.
Shakespeare ability to create any, even the most complex workflow. A lot of automation like email processing, importing data from OCR document sources and automatic escalations are nice features.
Configurations manuals have to be better. GUI could be approved, but every new version gives better UX.
I have been using Shakespeare for BPM and DMS.
Processes like customer info calls for credit info and status, written addresses, the appeals, invoices approvals, all of that were implemented in one financial institution. There was a lot of integration to core banking software using web services calls. SOAP calls that we have used are very easy to implement as an activity that export and import data from Shakespeare process to external system and vice versa.
Efficiency in performing different procedures improved. Every process could be easily monitored for meeting different performance indicators.
Reporting was much improved as well.
I liked the most that Shakespeare not only covers support for BPM, but offers also very good DMS module. This means that all the documents, that are used in BPM processes are safely stored in DMS storage, which offers also additional capabilities such as document template costumization and out-of-the-box integration with some important backend systems on the market.
I disliked that Shakespeare DMS doesn't offer social login, but for sure username and password autentication is still golden standard in enterprise software.
Shakespeare is helping customer to manage their business processes, that are very dynamic and demand a lot of involved internal and external stakeholders. On top of that companies processes need a lot of documents and seamless integration between Shakespeare BPM and DMS packages helped us to achieve more robust digital transformation.
Ability to customize the solution according to customer needs
Nothing special. Perhaps the fact that sometimes simple alterations turn out to be more complex and takes longer to develop and set up.
Document flow, document records. We solve the problem of losing documents in intermediate steps and we always have information on who is currently working on the document.

It has a LOT of features for automation. Even with the abundance of features,this software is really easy to use and has intuitive interface.It makes it really easy to automate messages. It also has OCR which immensely helps, especially with invoicing.
I really like this software and am unable to find any faults in it.
Definitely go for it.However,make sure to install its latest version as previous version's user interface is bad.
