What do you like best about ServiceNow IT Service Management?
It’s a versatile tool that provides a lot of functionality to the customers.
What do you dislike about ServiceNow IT Service Management?
It can be costly from the license perspective but when you look that at the quality of the tool it makes sense.

We are getting hundreds of incidents per day and this tool is a great assistance.

SNOW is a great tool for ticket management

Service operations workspace has been a game changer. Walkup management has been great, giving our internal employees a Genius Bar like experience amidst the RTO resurgence

We are making progress with integration hub and implementing Virtual Agennt ITSM pro and our IT support team
What do you like best about ServiceNow IT Service Management?
Love the features and capabilities that help to make IT support and user provisioning easy. You can include specific approvals needed and instructions for processing to the support teams.
What do you dislike about ServiceNow IT Service Management?
The Service Portal, the users have a hard time figuring out where to go and it doesn’t seem to easy to configure to make it more user friendly.
