I've been using it since 2021 and it's a wonderful tool to update shift schedule and segments. It's super smooth and very quick while making changes, adding/removing leaves. The tool is very vast and having so many useful options like schedule summary, group allowance and are easy to use.

At the time of using Group allowance option, It takes time when you search for Group Allowance Account from the list. It takes more than usual time. There's a update of schedule mangerof " Schedule editor" page which I seriously don't like. The legacy Shcedule editor page is much better.

Helping to update my shift scheduling, it's now in my hands I can update it as per my needs without any issue. I don't need to wait for leave approvals from managers, i can directly apply it on Schedule manager and check the status and denial/rejection reasons.

I love that I can customize this software to what I want it to do for me; I can view and organize what I want for how it works best for me and my business. I also love that it covers customer/employee/business all in one place. It is relatively intuitive as well. I didn't have to go through a ton of training/education to figure out how to use it. I love that I can easily move things without a bunch of editing, just drag and drop as needed. I really like that I can input my own details, addresses, employee info, etc. It's just a great all-around source of info.

It isn't all that pleasant to look at (I feel like it's stuck in the early 2000's), but that's not really a huge thing, as long as it works.

Why bother trying to reinvent the wheel by coming up with your own system, when this software so easily sets it all up for you? I wish I had started off with this!

I never realized how many different places I kept this info before I used this software. It makes it easier for me to keep everything in one place, and easily find what I need without having to search through multiple locations.

I like that it helps me maintain my business in order

*The interface.

*Sometimes is too slow.

*Sometimes is not possible to know in advance what kind of reports the program is generating.

You need good RAM
