yes by using Scan123 you can easily manage your must needed documents with full security, and just share with it anytime no need to search the documents here and there its available within your system

I think the file-sharing feature should be a little more user-friendly. I may be wrong but this is something that I find difficult to deal with. Overall I am very satisfied with the features available.

I can store my files in a protected environment. I have the authority wherein I can decide with whom to share the files. The biggest benefit of this tool is that you can digitally save all the documents and can get rid of the traditional way of working with files & papers.

When I scan documents, I see them on the network immediately.

None, it provides all the options that we need at the moment. Really no negative comments as it provides the services advertised. There isn't much if anything at all. Just review my comments above and you'll see that I approve of the Scan123 and will recommend it to anyone.
