Simple and efficient
What do you like best about RW Elephant?
The overall system is very simply and user friendly. I came on to the team that uses this product late in the game and was able to navigate and use it efficiently within a few hours.
What do you dislike about RW Elephant?
The only thing about the program that I don't like is that the plug-in for wordpress sometimes crashes our site. But, their support team is always very quick to respond and has been willing to work directly with our web designer to correct issues.
What problems is RW Elephant solving and how is that benefiting you?
RW Elephant allows us to track all of our specialty rental orders. We can produce invoices, pull sheets, and more within one system.

What do you like best about RW Elephant?
RW Elephant is awesome for a rental business as most inventory software doesn't have the option for a re-stock time.
What do you dislike about RW Elephant?
The reports in RWE aren't very useful, and a lot of the text entry options are cumbersome and inefficient.
What problems is RW Elephant solving and how is that benefiting you?
RWE provides a relatively inexpensive way for our tiny business to keep track of our inventory, and all of our client information. One of the greatest benefits is being able to look back over previous years to see how our clients' rental patterns are changing.
