Riva is easy to configure, leveraging token-based authentication for the integration, and a custom role for limited permissions. Once the integration is complete, the synchronization policy is easy to set up and maintain. It's a no-hassle system that allows you to set it and forget it.
There's not much to dislike with Riva. Occasionally errors are encountered that require Riva Support, but those are few and far between.
Our Sales Team manages their activities through Outlook, but our Regional Managers need visibility into these activities via our CRM / ERP which is NetSuite. Riva provides tight integration between the two systems and enables our Sales Team to use Outlook or NetSuite without a concern about what is done where.
Set up Riva sync with Salesforce to sync contacts to Outlook for multiple users. Literally never touched it after setup and NEVER had an issue. Low cost with hyper-responsive support. Was able to help me through self-induced confusion at setup.

The solution is flexible and configurable compared to other vendors, and handles things on the back end instead of client-side. Support is excellent, and the team is always accommodating and responsive.

Riva created smooth dataflow between multiple applications. Email is one of the big task, CRM , calendar and many more. Busniess performance increased, I am being more productive etc
Riva interacts seamlessly with our SugarCRM system to archive all emails and link them to the correct accounts & contacts. This provides a complete 360 view of the customer's current situation and recent touchpoints. Within Customer Success when handling a large number of accounts it is very worthwhile understanding the other involved members of the team to avoid bombarding the client.
Riva is a bit on the pricey end, therefore offputting for some of the smaller businesses that we work with. This makes it a harder pitch to sell.
I also think the UI could use a little bit of modernizing and more intuitive analytics.
Riva assists in solving a variety of problems we face in the business, chiefly the understanding of communication with our customers. The auto-record generation facilitates a smooth experience.
Seamless and back-end integration between Outlook and CRM system.
There were a few things initially that we didn't like about RIVA but the support and engineering team were very quick in addressing those for us.
Very easy to use outlook to CRM integration application. Everything happens in the backend with little to no work need from the user.
The product has been helping us integrate/sync our users contacts and tasks between Outlook and CRMOD. This helps us keep our contacts cleaned n both system.
The ability to synchronise appointments from Outlook to Sugar & vice versa
That the synchronisation sometimes fails with no warning but the support team are very helpful when this does happen
