"RIVA is the best all in one"
What do you like best about Riva?

Riva has the best email syncing capability

Activity capture capabilities

Calendar syncing is easy

Activity scheduling and reminders

All in one with most up to date technology

What do you dislike about Riva?

Eainstein activity capture can be enhanced

Not many things to dislike

Only few things which can be enhanced and are in pipeline for next release

The rates for Corp can have more promotions

What problems is Riva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly the email synchronization and the activity capture like tasks and apppointments

Calendar synchronization

Reminder alerts and task alerts are also good and great

"Riva keeps NetSuite and Outlook in Sync!"
What do you like best about Riva?

Riva is easy to configure, leveraging token-based authentication for the integration, and a custom role for limited permissions. Once the integration is complete, the synchronization policy is easy to set up and maintain. It's a no-hassle system that allows you to set it and forget it.

What do you dislike about Riva?

There's not much to dislike with Riva. Occasionally errors are encountered that require Riva Support, but those are few and far between.

What problems is Riva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Sales Team manages their activities through Outlook, but our Regional Managers need visibility into these activities via our CRM / ERP which is NetSuite. Riva provides tight integration between the two systems and enables our Sales Team to use Outlook or NetSuite without a concern about what is done where.

What do you like best about Riva?

Set up Riva sync with Salesforce to sync contacts to Outlook for multiple users. Literally never touched it after setup and NEVER had an issue. Low cost with hyper-responsive support. Was able to help me through self-induced confusion at setup.

What do you dislike about Riva?

Objectively speaking, nothing! The program was god-tier for what we needed

What do you like best about Riva?

At TD we use Riva to enable SF users to sync their emails with SF. Riva helps us meet critical data loss prevention needs for the bank which off shelf SF Outlook integration tools.

What do you dislike about Riva?

Riva has been a great partner to work with. Nothing much to dislike about Riva.

What problems is Riva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Riva helps TD meets the bank standards for data loss prevention for outlook integration without compromising on end users productivity

What do you like best about Riva?

The solution is flexible and configurable compared to other vendors, and handles things on the back end instead of client-side. Support is excellent, and the team is always accommodating and responsive.

What do you dislike about Riva?

So far, I have no complaints, the solution is working as advertised, and end users are actively benefiting.

What problems is Riva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Riva is keeping Sales and Ops teams in sync concerning their Outlook and Salesforce meetings, emails and other items, which allows better collaboration and saves time that can be used productively for primary purposes instead of admin activities.

Previously synced items will not sync if deleted

Riva created smooth dataflow between multiple applications. Email is one of the big task, CRM , calendar and many more. Busniess performance increased, I am being more productive etc

What do you like best about Riva?

Riva interacts seamlessly with our SugarCRM system to archive all emails and link them to the correct accounts & contacts. This provides a complete 360 view of the customer's current situation and recent touchpoints. Within Customer Success when handling a large number of accounts it is very worthwhile understanding the other involved members of the team to avoid bombarding the client.

What do you dislike about Riva?

Riva is a bit on the pricey end, therefore offputting for some of the smaller businesses that we work with. This makes it a harder pitch to sell.

I also think the UI could use a little bit of modernizing and more intuitive analytics.

What problems is Riva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Riva assists in solving a variety of problems we face in the business, chiefly the understanding of communication with our customers. The auto-record generation facilitates a smooth experience.

Seamless and back-end integration between Outlook and CRM system.

What do you dislike about Riva?

There were a few things initially that we didn't like about RIVA but the support and engineering team were very quick in addressing those for us.

Recommendations to others considering Riva:

Very easy to use outlook to CRM integration application. Everything happens in the backend with little to no work need from the user.

What problems is Riva solving and how is that benefiting you?

The product has been helping us integrate/sync our users contacts and tasks between Outlook and CRMOD. This helps us keep our contacts cleaned n both system.

That the synchronisation sometimes fails with no warning but the support team are very helpful when this does happen
