Intutive product that helps you to increase ratings

PROS: Reputology allows us to manage all out reviews into simple software dashboard, we are even provided with great analytic resource for our setbacks and gains. I love the surveys we use whenever our client wants to check out. It allows us to set a threshold to ask the users to share the content on social channels. We can even choose which sites to ask to push to, this helps us to increase our ratings on specific sites.

CONS: I miss an option to post responses via Reputology instead just monitoring them. Also, it would be great to assign a task within the product for another team members.

If you are searching for a user-friendly and customizable review platform then this is the right choice for you

PROS: Reputology is great software for multi-location businesses. We were searching for a tool that would help us to create custom segments, groups, emails and that would provide us with detailed analytics. This tool meets all our needs and expectations. It is intuitive and user friendly platform, it allows our team to respond quickly. We have found that the analytics and data is very helpful and accurate. I am very satisfied from Jack, he is always responsive and ready to take actions whenever we have some requests.

CONS: It took some time for Yelp reviews to appear into the dashboard, the old ones were pulled shortly after coming on board but we did receive new reviews.

Great tool for monitoring feedback

PROS: Great tool for small-sized businesses, it keeps you on top of the reviews you are receiving on sites like Google, Foursquare, Yelp and many others. This is great solution that helps us to provide great customer service and to address issues in less time. It allows us to respond to every kind of review whether it is negative or positive one.

CONS: I cannot find anything to dislike. I wish this program is free but I also understand a need for profit.

The constant touch points from Jack and that there's a central hub of reviews I can check at-a-glance.

No Yelp and I would say that's about it. Not liking that there's a minimum of characters required to complete this survey.

What do you like best about Reputology?

Reputology was recommended by a member of a Facebook group I belong to as a great tool they use to monitor online reviews. I requested a demo and received an immediate response. The demo blew me away! Reputology offers the analytics that I was looking for and then some. It will definitely help our clients monitor their online reputation while addressing concerns from their customers.

What do you dislike about Reputology?

I don't really have any dislikes at this time.

They are very responsive to your questions and concerns and willing to work with you to ensure a great experience which is a huge asset when you are just getting started.

We recently started working with a company that has multiple businesses in the same community and were looking for a way to determine how their businesses are perceived online. Reputology fits the bill by saving our team hours of combing through reviews to analyze their online footprint. Additionally, Reputology provides the ability for our client to move beyond the paper surveys they currently use and instead direct their guests to an online survey which can be more easily tracked.

What do you like best about Reputology?

I really like how it takes information from many different sites and brings all information to me! I don't have to go to many sites to track the reviews and comments. The data is put into charts that help the presentation to company executives. I am very excited to be using this prodcut

At this time I do not have any dislikes, I am enjoying the ease of use of reputology and honestly have no issues to report at all

Web-based application, easy to use on any device, well-designed interface, Hootsuite integration..

Would like the ability to adjust the parameters on auto-generated reports.

What problems is Reputology solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Reputology to manage reviews for 9 properties. It allows us to collaborate as a team and always know the status of a review. The notes feature allows us to document progress and keep a record of all responses. The reporting is simple and efficient. What used to take us hours each day is now streamlined into a smooth, efficient process. Awesome time saver!

It saves lot of time

PROS: Reputology saves us lot of time, we don’t have to check for reviews on each site across the internet. We can focus more on running our business efficiently instead or searching for a reviews and to find out about our reputation. We have all reviews in one place, and this helps us to improve something or to better manage our company and service. I like the integration with Hootsuite because we can keep everything in one place.

CONS: In my opinion the price is high for small businesses, I have two sources to get emails when I have a review, and the first one alerts me before Reputology so I’m paying for one website to monitor reviews.
