The best tool for remote team collaboration.

PROS: The tool offers you real-time visibility into project workflows via Gantt, Kanban, and Calendar views. You can easily switch between them and monitor progress the way you like.

CONS: Its automation capabilities could be worked on.

Great project scheduling ability

PROS: ProProfs allowed me to efficiently plan, organize, and schedule tasks across multiple projects. It gave me an idea of crystal clear workflow that speeded up project execution to deliver on time and within budget. I used to track how my projects are progressing with interactive Gantt charts and Kanban boards. Moreover, the tool offered rich insights with AI-powered reports that helped me monitor team performance on the go.

CONS: I wish the tool had a better mobile application.

Get more done with an all-in-one project management tool

PROS: This tool is one of the simplest I’ve used so far to manage my projects. It lets me schedule project tasks and subtasks in just a few clicks. It also enables me to prioritize tasks as and when required. The tool’s visualization ability allows me to track project progress in real-time, which helps me stay on top of my deadlines. Undeniably, its Gantt chart, Kanban board, and Calendar view give a complete overview of all my projects in one glance, easing project management tenfold.

CONS: I only wish they had a longer trial period. Not that it’s too short, but I feel a slightly longer trial period, of say, 30 days, would be helpful for people to judge appropriately whether the tool suits their project and team needs. As far as I’m concerned, I immediately adopted the tool’s Essential plan when my trial period ended, and I’m pleased with the decision. The tool has worked well for me.

"Interactive project views"

What do you like best about ProProfs Project?

I love how easy it is to keep an eye on how my projects are progressing from one stage to the next with the help of Gantt charts, Kanban boards, Calendar view, etc. The tool allows me to

manage my project tasks and activities without having to micromanage my team.

What do you dislike about ProProfs Project?

There’s nothing I can pinpoint yet. The tool has worked well for us.

What problems is ProProfs Project solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, I had to constantly ask for task updates from each team member. It not only ended up wasting my time but also distracted the workflow of my team. Thanks to ProProfs, I no longer have to go to each team member’s desk and check in on task progress every few hours.

Perfect for task management

PROS: ProProfs Project is one of the simplest tools to use for task management. It offers me a platform that lets me conveniently create and manage tasks across multiple projects. Also, it is great for gaining real-time insights into tasks and subtasks with the tool’s solid reporting capabilities.

A wow reporting system

PROS: We love the detailed reports the tool provides. We always wanted a tool that offers rich insights into what our team is doing and where the time is being invested. Its built-in reports provide insights into project status, time spent on projects and tasks, time spent by each team member, and a lot more.

CONS: It would have been great if all the key features were available in the software’s essentials plan.

"Track Project Progress With Multiple Project Views"

What do you like best about ProProfs Project?

We really admire the different project views that we get in the form of- Gantt Charts, Kanban Board, Calendar View, and more. This simply means that project managers can view the progress of multiple projects in different views.

What do you dislike about ProProfs Project?

There is hardly anything we dislike as of now. Let’s see how things unfold.

What problems is ProProfs Project solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to using this tool, none of our team members had any idea how to go about their day or which tasks to focus on first. However, with ProProfs Project, they can easily set priorities and check progress in accordance with the due dates.

Good with Kanban View

PROS: I was looking for a project tool that had a good kanban view and my team member asked me to look into ProProfs Project. It’s quite simple and the UI looks easy to work with.

CONS: It’s been hardly two months for us. So the team and I haven’t found anything to complain about the product.

"All the Features You Can Possibly Ask For"

What do you like best about ProProfs Project?

As a small business, we have repeatedly experimented with multiple project management apps and never found “the one” that met all our requirements. Surprisingly with ProProfs Project, there has been no looking back. All our team members love how they can track every minute detail of their projects from a shared dashboard. This has made the entire process incredibly transparent.

What do you dislike about ProProfs Project?

We have not come across any major improvement areas that are worth highlighting.

What problems is ProProfs Project solving and how is that benefiting you?

So, with the addition of this tool, we have been able to solve two major problems. First, all team members are well aware of their roles and responsibilities. Second, We can track the progress of every single project in real-time.
