I can also easily collaborate with my team for sharing technical documents, updating task dependencies and providing primary & secondary point of contact for crucial action items.

That I mostly have to work from my web application because the mobile app doesn’t function as good

If you need customer support often, I recommend ProcessPlan because they give priority/attention to its users and provide many tutorials on how to maximize use of all the features
