What do you like best about ProcessBolt?

The essential part of any vendor's service or product is having a sense of partnership, which ProcessBolt delivers on. The ProcessBolt team actively listens to their customers' challenges and provides meaningful insight, and implements new features into the service as appropriate.

What do you dislike about ProcessBolt?

The workflow builder in the service can be challenging for first-time users of the service.

My advice would be to provide feedback to ProcessBolt so they can make the product even better.

What problems is ProcessBolt solving and how is that benefiting you?

The primary challenge that ProcessBolt is helping to solve is associated with the time to respond to client questionnaires. Over time as customers build out the library of questions, the response times for security questionnaires will decrease. The service has allowed us to reduce the response time by 20%, and it has allowed us to open up the questionnaire response process to other team members.

What do you like best about ProcessBolt?

ProcessBolt platform has helped in assessing, tracking, and monitoring the risks associated with their third-party vendors, helping to ensure that vendors are meeting their obligations and minimizing the risk of data breaches or other security incidents.

In addition, ProcessBolt has helped my organization identify and manage the various attack vectors that could be exploited by attackers, enabling them to prioritize and address vulnerabilities in a more proactive and efficient manner.

What do you dislike about ProcessBolt?

Nothing that I can think about at this time. The software works very well, and the team has been highly responsive.

What problems is ProcessBolt solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlined vendor onboarding: ProcessBolt has provided a centralized platform for managing vendor onboarding and due diligence processes, making it easier to onboard new vendors and ensure they meet the organization's security and compliance standards.

Enhanced compliance: The platform has helped us manage vendor risks and vulnerabilities more effectively, meet regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Increased efficiency: ProcessBolt has automated many manual processes associated with vendor risk management and attack surface management, saving time and resources for us.

"Great product and great team"
What do you like best about ProcessBolt?

I have been using ProcessBolt's vendor risk assessment platform for the past few months and have been highly impressed with its capabilities. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple for my team to conduct thorough vendor risk assessments.

One of the platform's standout features is its ability to automate much of the risk assessment process, dramatically reducing the time and effort needed to complete assessments. The platform also allows us to easily track and monitor vendor risks over time, which has helped us to identify and address potential issues before they become significant problems.

In addition to its technical capabilities, the support team at ProcessBolt has been excellent. They are always available to answer questions and provide assistance and have been instrumental in helping us to get the most out of the platform.

We also save a lot of money because we don't have to buy an additional product to provide infosec risk ratings for our vendors.

Overall, I highly recommend ProcessBolt's vendor risk assessment platform to any organization looking to improve its vendor risk management processes. It has been a valuable asset for my team and has significantly helped us reduce our risk profile.

What do you dislike about ProcessBolt?

The only thing I can think of is that, like most software, sometimes I wish the UI was different/better. That's a minor problem; if I find something particularly egregious, they will fix it pretty fast.

What problems is ProcessBolt solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Conducting annual vendor risk assessments for our vendors

- Doing ad-hoc assessment campaigns when new risks appear (such as log4j vulnerability)

- Monitoring our own attack surface

- Monitoring our vendor's attack surfaces and risk rating

ProcessBolt was very fast for our team to implement and start using. They also have an unlimited user model, which works in our favor, and the platform is straightforward to use.

What do you dislike about ProcessBolt?

Nothing to dislike about the product or the team at ProcessBolt.

What problems is ProcessBolt solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not only does the technology provide value for us as it relates to efficiency and decreasing our business risk, but the team at ProcessBolt is exceptional all around. I’m pleased about our decision to use this product and work with the ProcessBolt team.

What do you like best about ProcessBolt?

The solution is super easy to set up and easy to learn. It allowed us to customize the assessment questionnaires to fit our organization's needs. The ability to manage and share assessments is really great. I also like the DocAi feature, which allows us to spot changes quickly without having to spend hours reviewing contracts and documents.

What do you dislike about ProcessBolt?

I really can't complain. Before investing in ProcessBolt we managed our assessments through spreadsheets. This product has really help us be more productive. The only thing that I would recommend is desktop notifications or text messages on newly completed assessments.

What problems is ProcessBolt solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving time on assessments and our RFP process.

What do you like best about ProcessBolt?

ProcessBolt helped us in many ways, but I think the best part was being able to teach our team how to use it very easily, and for the most part it is easy for our vendors to use too.

What do you dislike about ProcessBolt?

There really aren't many downsides or dislikes to using the ProcessBolt solution.

What problems is ProcessBolt solving and how is that benefiting you?

ProcessBolt helped us store and assess our vendors. We also really liked the ThreatScape product for continuous monitoring, highly recommend it.

ProcessBolt is intuitive and the knowledge base helps a ton with responding to RFP's and client assessments that we receive. As a salesperson, it is super helpful to have pre-approved responses that we can leverage to respond to questions.

What do you dislike about ProcessBolt?

I truly haven't had any issues with ProcessBolt, the team is experienced in this space, and I consider them experts when it comes to vendor management. Even the implementation of the tool was pretty seamless for us.

What problems is ProcessBolt solving and how is that benefiting you?

ProcessBolt is helping us automate our response process when we receive incoming assessments from our clients. The consistency of our responses is significantly better and the time it takes us to reply to client assessments gives us a ton of value in the tool.

I really like the knowledge base in ProcessBolt. It is really easy to use and collaborate in the tool with fellow stakeholders. The tool gave us a lot of time back.

What do you dislike about ProcessBolt?

It would be great to get assessment notifications via text. Sometimes the notifications get buried in my inbox.

What problems is ProcessBolt solving and how is that benefiting you?

ProcessBolt has definitely made us more efficient and speed up some of our processes that used to be very time consuming. It has dramatically improved our assessment time!

The product is easy to use, has good U/I for end users which made it easy for us to use. Helped us a ton with the time it takes on assessments and it's easy for vendors to use as well
