What do you like best about Preely?

The User Interface (UI) is so simple and easy to work with. This helps the team get most work done quickly. Reduces a lot of time for us.

What do you dislike about Preely?

It's easy to use when you're on a paid premium plan. But for users without that, the basic features aren't that useful. Also, the initial set up takes significant time.

What problems is Preely solving and how is that benefiting you?

Preely helps reduce a lot of time and effort by having a very smooth UI to use. The feedback is instant, hence it is easy to improve the product we're working on.

What do you like best about Preely?

I really enjoy using for its testing capabilities. Its a good tool for gathering user feedback. It can be a bit confusing to set up. Some of the cool features are only accessible to premium users.

What do you dislike about Preely?

Preely offers time saving automation and quick customer feedback it lacks in depth analysis and customization options, for UI testing. The apps functionality is average.

What problems is Preely solving and how is that benefiting you?

Through its simplicity combined with features Preely has helped us swiftly identify and address usability issues. Real time feedback and user insights have enabled us to optimize our designs resulting in improved user experiences.

Easy way to get user feedback

What do you like best about Preely?

I love how users can test our product on their own time and at their own pace, so you can get feedback quickly and easily. There is no need to schedule appointments with users.

What do you dislike about Preely?

The user feedback analysis could be more detailed like it would be better if we can see more information about how users intract with product, for eg: tracking mouse movements of the user etc.

What problems is Preely solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to save time and money on user testing also I am able to improve my product based on the feedback i recieve from preely.

What I like best about Preely is the overall user interface, the dynamics and structure of the app, and how the app is geared towards the creation of electric bikes.

What do you dislike about Preely?

What is least helpful about Preely is the fact that you cannot get assistance around the clock the business hours, The business phone number seems a little not so structured.

Recommendations to others considering Preely?

Its an Okay app.

The problem that Preely is solving is the way UI is designed the recruit different groups of people and cultures. I like the fact that you can get remote feedback for any issue you are up against.

Very Good Tool for setup a cognitive walkthrough for a problematic user interface

What do you like best about Preely?

Preely provides a really good interface for the users to establish a platform that provides the mockups and workflows which automatically collects data and help us to speed up the development process. It is a great testing software, much help.

What do you dislike about Preely?

It is difficult to set up the account at first, to avoid this, a much needed application tour should be there. Also, the costing is a bit high and the basic features are not much valuable, so for that either some premium features should be included in basic account or te costin should decrease a bit.

What problems is Preely solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps in testing user interface much easily with a lot of inuititve walkthroughs and a lot of options. It speeds up the overall process of getting the feedback in the form of analytics reports.

What do you like best about Preely?

Best thing is that it lets you ask questions while users are testing. You can ask anyone to try out the created UI design and at the sametime see where they can get stuck or confused.

What do you dislike about Preely?

Preely is awasome when it comes to testing, but there are some small downsides like it feels like a puzzle to set it up for the first time and some of its cool feature are for premium users, so if you are on a tight budget, you miss some fancy features.

What problems is Preely solving and how is that benefiting you?

Best part is that it reduces time and effort, by letting the users test the app we are developing and at the same time getting feedback helped a lot in moving the app from developement to production to marketing phase.

What do you like best about Preely?

We have to test our UI constantly to make sure there are no bugs or that it has any problems or doesn't make sense, preely makes testing the UI really easy and quick.

What do you dislike about Preely?

I guess that the freedom to check was is tested and how everything is tested is what makes it difficult as well as our analyst have a hard time recreating some of the tests.

What problems is Preely solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of the UI design test that we usually run Preely makes it much easier and quicker to have them tested. It helps us get to the more pressing issues and bugs.
