PROS: The biggest advantage of using PlanSource is the accessibility for our staff - from entry to the contact point. I actually realize that our reps are straightforwardly getting the correct data. The most important factor when choosing an advantage process was the rep experience.
CONS: Nothing to dislike this stuff. However, the only downside is mainly about the product and process customization because of our action plan, but this is not PlanSource's fault.
PROS: They listen to their clients and are always dedicated to bringing quality services.
CONS: There will always be bugs in the software of every tech business. At the very least, they're resolving it as quickly as possible.

PROS: Instant consultation with PlanSource customer support staff anytime you need a quick answer. They will also guide you through the procedure.
CONS: I hate the search function, you need to be very precise when searching. It must contain other words and we do not always remember them exactly. Also, I turned off the new beta option as I don't even see the effective date and what I'm approving in qualifying events. Some staff wants to take this opportunity to cancel the voluntary benefits instead of only making adjustments to those relevant to the qualifying event. It would be nice if a feature will be included in this section. Enable additions only.
PROS: Their yearly customer service team was incredibly supportive during the year's really busy time. They are so diligent and responsive to all questions from our clients as we moved through the setup, training and yearly staff enrollment process. This had made a significant difference for our consumers. Personally, of all the customer vendors with which I worked, PlanSource stood out way beyond: very competent, excellent meticulousness and exemplary responsiveness. These all have very beneficial effects on our annual registration experience of our customers.
CONS: As of the moment, I don't have anything to note as a disadvantage for PlanSource.

sometimes the set ups do not function like I would like. example when an employee increases the life insurance the ADD is not automatically changed

Plansource tells you exactly how much you're contributing per paycheck. At other companies I've worked at, W9s, benefits, payroll breakdowns all sat on different platforms. It was a pain in the butt. Now that we're using Plansource I can login and see ALL my contributions, deductions, and even Health ID cards! It's saved me in a pinch.
I forget my username sometimes, and Plansource actually does not have an option to recover your username. You need to know the username of your account in order actually to reset your password, but I wish you were able to just verify via email or have two factor authentication. Luckily my Plansource admin was able to advise me of my username.
HR problems all the way. Without Plansource everything would either be done by paper, or ADP codes. In addition it's nice to only have to recall one login to access my benefits.
