Phixflow has resources that know what they are doing. This make it so easy to work with.
Nothing - they always stick to the deadlines.
I am in the ERP space and we always find that data from legacy system is a mission to extract. We were migrating 30+ companies from all over the world. Having Phixflow write data extraction programs into the pre-defined templates required for the new system enabled us to roll out the different countries a month apart. The rules for the data migration were wriiten into these extract programs and we only had to update the configuration per country, Having PhixFlow saved the project almost a year in timelines. The reconciliation during go live made everyone's life so much easier.
The user-friendliness and capabilities of the tool to provide us with the correct results in spite of the challenging requirements.

The GUI is incredibly friendly and easy to use. With just an elementary level of coding skill, you can create models and data flows with ease.
Occasionally you'll come across a minor bug which is non-disruptive as PhixFlow is very quick to develop a fix or recommend a workaround.
The help articles are very useful.
I've used PhixFlow to create multiple models that analyse and normalise data — removing the need to establish expenditure elsewhere.

Their insight enables us to manage and grow the buisness in a measured commerical way whilst reducing churn. The analyical approach means that the insight is data lead with commentary that is paramount in ensuring that it exceeds our financial in year objectives .
It always feels that we underutilize this partnership, and they could give us more. A proactive approach by phixflow could help with that.

The support teams that I have worked with have all been superb, a real asset to their business. Since 2014 I have spent time with a number of them and cannot recommend the help and advice that they give, either through consultancy or via the support channels. These have all wanted to find the right solution for our business with quick, tactical money saving ideas.
I do not have anything that I dislike about this.

Phixflow's flexible configuration meant that bringing together a wide variety of obsolescent data sources into an aligned, single, usable data layer was relatively easy, where other solutions had been tried and failed.
Initially, we found the limits of the UI; however, Phixflow responded to our requests with some significant upgrades that met all of our needs and made the apps we developed significantly more usable.
We had problems with processes requiring repetitive retyping and copy-and-pasting from sources into sets of Excel workbooks, creating delays and errors. The system we implemented streamlined those processes, removing wasted time and mistakes and improving employee satisfaction.
