Persefoni makes a very complicated process extremely easy and efficient, both the software and the support team.

The data entry is a bit manual, but this process will be easy to improve.

Persefoni has made it easier for me to implement a change managent process with the company so that all stakeholders are focused on our ESG efforts.

I can't create a complete sustainability report in Persefoni, would be nice to extend GHG with further dates, photos, diagrams and text in Persefoni, so the requirements to a complete sustainability report could be generated from Persefoni.

Persefoni is a service, not just a software tool. The documentation is thorough and clear, and the Persefoni team are amazing.

The platform is constantly being developed, which is fantastic, but that tends to bring some inconsistencies with the templates.

Persefoni allows us to stand behind our reported numbers as well as improve iteratively over time. We take NOT greenwashing very seriously.

One of the hardest thing to do is to get setup! The Persefoni team is out standing in helping you get your carbon footprint setup.

Just getting initially setup. Maybe a detailed check list of all the data you will need to get started. Other wise not much to dislike.

Still early days for carbon accounting within private markets, so products and add-ons are continuinely being rolled out.

We have a robust system to store our carbon accounting. It is fabulous

Single platform that has all our data in one place from a dashboard overview as well as the ability to drill down to identify all areas of scope 1,2, and 3 data

For our company specifically Scope 3 for waste generation is critical, at first there were limited categories, but Persefoni is working daily to add what we need.

If we want a single platform to help with consolidating all scope 1,2, and 3 sustainability data, with excellent customer support and a team willing to work and eveolvemtomyour needs I highly recommend Persefoni and this platform.

We finally have the ability to truly look at our carbon footprint in its entirety. Before we would calculate it as best we could, but with the platform, it makes the process very easy with multiple outputs if needed.

Good service in helping identify data requirements and getting them into the system. Also open to other questions.

Some small bugs and could use some better visualization and benchmarking tools, but a WIP

Perseonfi's people are brilliant - from the outset, they have been enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very helpful.

The platform is user friendly and there are a lot of helpful guides to help with the recording process.

There were a few glitches on spreadsheets but they were quickly resolved by our account manager and the support team. Ther software is being continuously developed.

Persefoni is helping companies to become more aware of the results of their actions - through recording, reducing and removing emissions companies are able to help both people and planet

The Team is knowledgeable and focused on helping the client (myself) use the platform.

The platform has very useful information, but it's not the easiest UI. Even after reviewing it with the Persefoni Team, I kept getting lost when I wanted to find new info or features. It could be more intuitive.

It has given us a metric of Carbon Footprint which we'll use as a basis for our ESG goals going forward. The "spending-based" methodology was extremely useful for us since our emissions are mostly upstream and hard to calculate.
